The best in Madison, and I mean it: When I started service with these guys, Mariusz came to my house with a warm smile, wielding a clipboard. He was very friendly, but he meant business. He wanted to know my exact specifications before the first cleaning. I gave him much detail. Then, after that first cleaning, Mariusz wanted to know what could be done to make the service better, again with his clipboard. After many trials with a number of cleaning services, none were ever so thorough as with 4 Senses. My needs were very much taken into account, and everything was perfect. Over time, they *again* checked in to make sure nothing was wrong, and they wanted to know how to be better for me. I had a few special requests. They changed cleaning agents to all fragrance free so the house smells totally neutral---just clean and crisp. I asked them to do dishes and put them away in the drawers and cupboards. Everything was put away, dry, and actually sparkling clean. I hate when dishes have any signs of hard water, lip marks, etc., and now my dishes are meticulously clean. They take my messy assortment of clean but unkempt clothing and linens, and they organize and put it all away. Ive had a number of other special requests, and all were taken care of. I recommend you ask for weekly cleaning service, for which you might get a generous discount, too. The price is right, the cleaning superb, and the service done in a unique spirit of professionalism and excellence. I hope you will sign up with these guys :-)

We have used 4 Senses House Cleaning to clean our house for couple years now and the results are always superb! After hiring couple very disappointing cleaning services several years back (that ended up doing actually more pretending than cleaning), 4 Senses came to the rescue and showed that our money can be spent in a very efficient way. 4 Senses has very professional cleaners who are always on time, pay attention to details and use green products that are safe for our family and pets. We have used 4 Senses for several years, both for our residence and for periodic cleaning of our rental house. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we come home to a clean home (and the chocolate left on the counter is a special treat!) From straightening out towels to remaking my kids beds, its the little touches that make them special. I know my kids get a kick out of seeing how theyve arranged their bed animals! The staff is friendly and thorough. Ive recommended them to several friends and never heard a complaint. I guess my only criticism is they only leave one chocolate and my husband and I have to fight over it! :)

On February 13th I put in a last minute request that I didnt think was going to be feasible - asking if I could get 4 senses to come to my house on valentines day as a surprise present for my wife. Luckily Ewa somehow found time to fit my house in and wrapped up the cleaning right before she arrived home. She walked in to the smell of a meticulously cleaned house and was thrilled. Somehow I knocked valentines day 2017 out of the park at the last minute - definitely not possible without the help and flexibility of 4 senses. Greatly appreciated.
