We have been using Above the Mess for the last few years. The crews who have visited our home have been friendly and courteous. They are typically right on time, but in the event of weather or traffic, the crew leader has called to let us know they are delayed. Once they arrive there is no dilly-dallying - they get right to work! The house is cleaned well, considering the fact that we have 3 dogs... So you can imagine the hair which finds itself in all sorts of places around the house! They also have a loyalty card; each cleaning is marked and we end up eventually getting a free cleaning. You also know the names of each crew member and the area(s) of the house they are responsible for. Then you can give feedback for them with Kortney (the owner). I have been using Above the Mess cleaning now for about a year and have been overall very satisfied. While I am generally not home during the cleaning I always leave detailed instructions as to what I need cleaned or paid particular attention to on each specific visit and they do a great job of making sure it is done. I have a cat that sheds a lot and leaves litter around the house and the Above the Mess Cleaning crew makes sure to vacuum my furniture and clean up all floors, carpets and rugs that have cat hair and litter left behind. They are very accommodating with scheduling and always text to remind me of appointments or to let me know when they plan to arrive. Kristina, Amber and Karen did a great job yesterday on this months cleaning of my house!!

Lacks detail in cleaning. Missing things every time. Just cant take it anymore. After several written and verbal request to improve quality of work, nothing has changed. The owner has tried to be helpful in sending the crew back to fix the missed cleaning, but I just cant keep having to complain to get it done right. Need it to be done thoroughly and correctly the first time. Looks like its time (over due) to find a new cleaning company that will clean with pride everything that they say they include for the cost! :(

As ALWAYS my cleaning crew did a wonderful job!!!! What Im very impressed with is how careful they are with my things when they are dusting. Today I liked how their "Team Leader" Audrea went around and double checked on areas that are easy to miss but the ladies did a great job on those areas too. If you are looking for a great cleaning crew then Above the Mess is for you!!

They do an excellent job and my young kids are excited to see how they rearrange their stuffed animals, make their beds, and reposition our home. And, most importantly, they do a nice cleaning and inform you if something is out of the norm. My kids faces and the physical cleaning then and stellar customer service is remarkable. Highly recommend them!

Overall, they do a nice job cleaning the house. Sometimes, with the change in cleaning staff, some things get missed (inside of sliding glass door, blinds in walk-in closet) and other days everything is great. Communication of when they will be coming has always been great! They will text/call if they are running late or going to be early.

Above the Mess has exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very professional and accommodating. The management quickly addresses concerns. Compared to other cleaning services, I also appreciate that the cleaning staff has a neat, clean appearance, are thorough, but dont rush through their tasks.

I have used them twice now. I like that they work fast and there is no doubt you get what you pay for since it is by the hour. I think they feel rushed towards the end. House looks and smells good after they leave. I have dogs and cats that shed with wood and granite floors.

They did a good job cleaning. On time and finished in a timely matter. But, I know you have to move things to clean. But they didnt put them back where they found them. It took a long time to find what they moved to clean.
