I called Molly Maid of Southwest cook county at the last minute hoping that they could do a house cleaning for me. Not only were we able to find an approprate date and time, but they did an exceptional job. Maria and Isabel came and did the cleaning. They were extremely professional. They reminded me about the hourly fee, asked which rooms I needed cleaned and asked about the number of hours I wanted to spend on getting it done. I really appreciated that!!! They were able to get it done in 2 1/2 hours and it was done right. On top of this, I had a heart attack recently and just got out ofor the hospital. I got sick when they were here and they were like mother figures giving me water and making sure I was alright. Marias and Isabels level of professionalism and compassion shown and should be used as an example for other Molly Maid employees!! Darnell

Catalina, Alisa and Blanca did a wonderful job cleaning our Townhome on 3/23/17. They are thorough in every area and leave everything shining and sparkling. All dust....gone! I just love to have them come. They clean bedroom baths, kitchen, take stove apart, do refrigerator inside, scrub sink marks, do hardwood floors and tile. Living and dining rooms, mirrors, etc. They work fast and always do anything you ask. I wish I could afford to have them twice monthly:)). Catalina has been helping us for four years already. She and her team are the best!! House feels brand new every time they come. They vacuum every inch seen and unseen! They leave your house looking like a Presidential Suite in a hotel. I highly recommend Molly Maids of Southwest Cook County, based on my experience. It is worth every penny!!!

I have been using Molly Maid to clean my house since 2007. The Mollies have always done an excellent job cleaning the house, Everything sparkles and the house smells so good. I have had Lidia cleaning my house pretty much since the beginning. Lidia and another lady, Blanca, worked well together to thoroughly clean, occasionally adding special little details to make the entire house perfect. It is a pleasure to look at and smell my house after they leave. Ive been disabled since 2007 and cant clean the house myself. It is so great to have someone come in and clean your home as if it was theirs. 5 Stars for Molly Maid, especially Lidia.

I have been using Molly Maid for a few months now and the experience has been great. My initial cleaning was thorough and I couldnt wait to have the crew (Jackie and Renee) return. I havent seen them the past few cleanings, but Ive have been satisfied with the overall service despite one hiccup with the crew that initially replaced my original team. Having small children and working full time can get busy leaving some things undone. However, knowing that I can trust Molly Maid when were out takes away the stress of trying to to keep on top off household chores. Thank you ladies, see you in two weeks!

At 1st, my wife, like most women, did not want anyone coming into her house to clean but she reluctantly agreed when I informed her that the service was a birthday present and already paid for. (So, the day before the Molly Maids were scheduled to clean our house my wife proceeded to do just that!) That was 2 years ago and the Molly Maids have been coming every month since then – and my wife still cleans the house the day before they show up! The "Maids" are very good at their job, they always show up at the scheduled time and are polite, pleasant, efficient, and thorough.

These young ladies have cleaned my house for going on 2 years now. and I have always been pleased. They arrive within the expected time frame. They are always pleasant, efficient and set to work right away. Today, they had to park a block away due to my street being blocked off for tree trimming. They walked to my house carrying a vacuum cleaner, mops, buckets and dust cloths. Temp. is 34 degrees, windchill 26. Yet, they arrived with smiles and didnt seem to think it was any big deal! Wow!

Molly Maids have been cleaning our house for at least 10 years. They are professional, friendly, and accommodating. We receive a call two days before our appointment to give us the time the team will be arriving. They are always on time. The team is very friendly and efficient, doing a thorough job. When we need to change our cleaning day due to travel, they fit us in whatever day we request. I trust them completely and highly recommend them! I would give them 10 stars if the rating allowed!

Lidia and Eliza were very friendly and professional. I stayed in the house because it was my first experience with cleaners. We had construction done in our basement and there was dust everywhere! They were extremely thorough with their cleaning and double checked with me that I didnt want appliances cleaned like I had told them earlier. I have only been using Molly Maids for a few months, I got them because I was in the last weeks of my pregnancy and knew when my daughter arrived, I would not be able to keep up with my house duties because my daughter would need all my attention. Having them has been a great help for me, they truly are worth investing in if you are not able to do the duties you normally would due to circumstances.

Ive used Molly Maid carpeting cleaning service quite a few times.Each time work done excellent . Did my Moms and sisters condos also. Roger does a great job , and I like their system of not leaving the carpets all wet with their dry cleaning process. The whole house smells great when its all done.I highly recommend this company. Long time customer. This service is a blessing in my life. Reliable, honest, hard working staff. They are willing to keep you with the same team (have the team led by Eliza - very kind, always nice job). Feel comfortable with them in my home. Wish the southwest group covered the area my mom lives in, would have them out there in a flash. Recommended.

I dont know how they have gotten 5 stars..but..when I had used them because my regular cleaning lady couldnt make it, they had broken a big tassel in my bathroom that was hanging and they tried repairing it secretly amongst themselves. They never bothered to tell me. I later had found out and contacted the company but no response. Never will use again.

I have been a Molly Maid client for a couple of years. As soon as I call and make the appointment, I get excited because I know how FANTASTIC they are. This last time we had two wonderful ladies who literally pulled out my fridge to clean behind it! And of course the house looked amazing when they left. Thank you Jim and the Molly Maid Team:)!!!
