Over the years I have tried many cleaning services but never found one that provided consistent, quality cleaning so was done looking. However my desire for a clean house won out, I turned to Yelp and Google and found the highly rated Sparkly. I filled out information for free quote on their website and Crystal responded very quickly and professionally. She was fine with my request to only clean certain rooms (my kids still have responsibility of cleaning their own rooms per their request) and was able to get our first initial clean in very quickly. Also received firm quote for initial clean and 2x and monthly cleaning. I ended up working from home the day of that initial clean and was really impressed with the person who came. First, there was only one person - not 3 or 4 like previous companies - and she accomplished more and of a higher quality in less time than anyone else. Crystal did a quick follow-up on the cleaning to make sure everything was satisfactory before submitting for payment - nice touch. I immediately started using them monthly. Have had them come multiple times and each time the service and quality cleaning has been great. Submitting here since prior reviews helped me find them. Highly recommend for quality, service and cost!

I contacted Sparkly after reading the positive reviews on Yelp. I wanted to purchase a cleaning as a birthday gift to myself. I asked for a cleaning with only a few days notice and was thrilled when they were able to fit me in. It had been a LONG time since there had been any deep cleaning and I was a bit embarrassed but they were entirely judgement-free. When I came home everything was literally sparkling. It was wonderful to look at the spots that had previously frustrated me - my porcelain white sink that always had a yellow tone, my bathroom baseboards that I would notice when using the restroom and then forget as soon as I was doing a quick cleaning, etc. Although I anticipated this would be a one-time or very infrequent service, Ive already booked and am looking forward to my second visit from Sparkly Cleaning Service!

My wife and I have never considered hiring a cleaning company for our home. With the level of detail and care that Sparkly provided, I am really kicking myself for not considering it sooner. Crystal with Sparkly is very responsive and has been willing to answer any questions which helped us decide to even consider having a cleaning service in the first place. They cleaned our 3 bedroom home which is occupied by 4 pets and when we came home nobody would be able to tell that we had pets! There was nothing missed or left uncleaned, including underneath the items (e.g. couch) that I would not normally move. The crew that cleaned our home were very friendly and even performed a walk through with my wife before they left to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would recommend Sparkly to anybody looking for home cleaning!

I hired Sparkly cleaning for a deep clean on my house. With 4 teens and pets it really needed it as we work a lot and time is never enough. The web site was very user friendly and the response was prompt. Flexible scheduling with great communication. The team came and were very professional. They brought all of their own products and equipments. The team asked me to show them around and point out any concern areas and that was great.It made me feel comfortable about the process. When they were done they asked me to walk through with them to make sure all was well and it was. I now use Sparkly on a biweekly basis and I love coming home to a clean house. Im the owner of a sober living house in Milwaukee, WI. You can only imagine how trashed a house of 12 men can get in a week. Thankfully, Sparkly Cleaning Services have really saves my life over the past few months. Not only are they amazing at cleaning...but they also have given me some awesome ideas and tips on how to manage the cleanliness of our home. Also, their customer service is beyond anything I expected. And finally, and most importantly, I know I can completely trust them in my home. I am never worried when they are there. Ahriah and Sal were very friendly and professional. They moved quickly and got to every room within 3 hours. They paid attention to detail and it shows. They were very thorough on my wood floors- even though they are a little tricky- even triple checking and doing one more sweep of the floors before they left. I really appreciated them going through the baseboards too- they were pretty bad and look great now! I was also happy with the kitchen, including the floors (tile) of the kitchen and that they vacuumed underneath the cabinets. Crystal is also very easily accessible via e-mail and confirmed the appointment the night before/checked in with me immediately after. Very happy with the service!

I have LOVED every part of my experience with Sparkly Cleaning service. Crystal has been quick to respond to my questions and concerns. When we had to cancel on the day of the cleaning due to frozen pipes she was very understanding and we quickly got another visit scheduled. The house was SPARKLING when we came home and the cleaning team was friendly and even shared how much they loved cats--that always is a good move to a cat person! The cleaning was thoughtful and well done. Everything shined, the wood was polished, the wood floors were clean, the carpet vacuumed the bathrooms spotless. Everything was back in its place. I couldnt be happier. Will for sure continue to use them! :)

Hands down - the best cleaning service Ive ever used and Ive used several in the past. They did a wonderful job making sure everything was clean - even the inside of my microwave which I know was a disaster! We have 3 cats and a dog and Sparkly did a great job making sure all the pet hair was cleaned up. You couldnt tell we even had pets by the time they were done. I am so thankful for what theyve done. My husband and I are very busy and just dont have the time to clean. Thanks to Sparkly, that is now one item I no longer need to worry about. Thank you for the best house cleaning Ive ever had done!

Literally called around midnight the night before for an emergency move-in cleaning for our new apartment, which was NOT clean before move-in as we had expected. Sparkly reached back out around 7am the next morning to discuss my needs and explain services and pricing. So happy they worked with me on that and were able to find two upbeat and hard working cleaners to come in at 9/9:30am. They finished right before our movers came around 11am. Made our move-in day a lot smoother. Bonus: one of the owners gave us some tips on where to eat in our new neighborhood in Milwaukee!
