According to the companys website, the maids are supposed to “bring your home up to a higher level of cleanliness than ever before.” I found this statement to be a complete lie in regards to the “job” that was done at my home today. The “team” had excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t get the job done. It makes no sense that 4 people could not do what was promised. This is a COMPLETE and TOTAL RIP OFF! • Didn’t polish ANY furniture tops. Said they “just got the ‘sticky stuff’ off” • Had to TELL them to take out the trash. She claimed she didn’t know if I was done with the trash bag, but she was the one who took it out of the trash can. KITCHEN: • Floor boards look the same. • I had to tell them to mop the floor. Isn’t that common sense? BATHROOM: • Didn’t wipe the counters off. There are hair strands STILL on the counter. • Did NOT clean the bathroom mirrors. VACUUMING: • Did NOT vacuum two of the bedrooms. DUSTING: • Did NOT dust the dining room table • Did NOT dust the air conditioner vent in the hallway. • Did NOT dust the pictures in the hallway. • Did NOT dust the ceiling fans. • Did NOT wipe the window seals. ** I also had to pay an extra $45 for them to mop the den and vacuum our small dining room. All of this cost me a total of $245 for an hours worth of "cleaning" by a team of 4 people. I will NEVER use this companys services again and I encourage every one of you to do the same.

The Maids was the first professional cleaning service I tried. I was so pleased that I continued to use them. I love their products. They seem to do a great job and their results last for several days, dependen on usage of cleaned area. The crew is always punctual, pleasant and work their hearts out while they are here. And the real plus is that they appear to be honest. I have never missed anything. The day The Maids come to my home is my favorite day of the month! Keep up your good work!!!

I was participating in the program "Cleaning for a reason" for women undergoing chemotherapy. I am so extremely grateful for the service you provided and for the caring attention of the women who cleaned my home. As Im nearing the end of my year-long experience with cancer treatment, Im taking time now to thank all who have helped me. Please continue this program. It is a godsend and The Maids are angels!

I enjoy coming home to a clean house! The Maids come to my home once a month and they do a great job! Anytime I have asked them to do anything extra they have done it even though it was last minute. Also, I forgot they were coming twice and set my home invasion alarm, which they set off. They were not upset and still did a great job. I would recommend the team that cleans my house to my friends.
