I waited to write a review until service had been provided several times. Two maids and a mop has done bi-weekly cleanings for me now for about 3 months. My crew is excellent. They are punctual, do a great job and are so incredibly friendly. I work from home and they are respectful of my space and remember Amy requests I made to ensure they are done each time. They always ask me if I would like to look around and if I notice something, they take care of it right away. Everyone has their own things that they are picky about, but with a mention it is taken care of and not overlooked the next time. There are always things that you as the homeowner are going to have to really deep clean yourself, but these ladies do an excellent job of doing the basic cleaning that is expected of a "touch up" - which is the package I requested. Also, once I needed an out-of-cycle cleaning and they were so accommodating - thats super important to me. I get a reminder call before every cleaning also. I would recommend them to anyone. I just had my second cleaning service and am now very impressed. My first cleaning was the "Spring Cleaning" package that would be from top to bottom. After it was over I found that a room had not been done, called, they came back out to finish. Later I noticed that most items had been dusted around, objects not dusted, glass not cleaned. I decided to wait, have another cleaning as I had already made further appointments. So glad I did! The ladies that came out today-Kim & Juanita did an amazing job! They got everything that was missed on the first visit without my having to say anything-it was just part of their cleaning. I hope I can request them for the next visit as I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I would recommend them to friends!

This is my second review of Shelly and her crew who have now cleaned my home three times. As usual, Shelly and two of her girls were very punctual, friendly and professional. Each visit is an improvement over the previous one as these ladies get acclimated to my home and what I expect from them. Once again the house sparkles as every ceiling fan, shelf, book and nick-nack was dusted and the bathrooms looked amazing. I only have ONE complaint and that is the tile floors as we have not yet found the right product or technique to make them shine like I want. I have confidence that Shelly will overcome this minor problem through her continued experimentation and perseverance. I look forward to "the girls" on their next appointment.

I was not happy with the service I was provided. You can tell the carpeted floors had been vacuumed because of the lines, but in places on top of the carpet were small pieces that had been left behind. It is evident that they did not know what they were doing with hardwood floors. Most of my house is hardwood and now I have water spots throughout the house and even sticky places that were not there before they came. There was one room that was not even touched. I specifically asked for all flat surfaces/ cabinets and built-ins to be wiped down and they were still dusty when the team left. I cannot believe I paid as much as I did for the service.

Kim and her team did a really good job! 8 out of 10 on Deep Cleaning Service. Our houses baseboards, windows, blinds and other trim work have never looked better. A little more attention to detail regarding dusting and cleaning of kitchen would have easily been a 10 out of 10. Kims entire team was courteous and professional. I spoke w/ Kim this morning regarding my areas of concern. She not only listened and repeated my areas of concern, she apologized for the oversight and reassured me they would be addressed on their next visit. I would definitely recommend the Deep Cleaning service.

I love my Two Maids and A Mop experience! This was their first visit at my home, and I have every intention in the world to invite them back! They were quick to tackle the gross things that I tend to avoid! They worked hard... and I came home excited to see all that they had done in the time frame that they had to accomplish it. They inspired me to get busy and get some other things done. I cant rave enough! Shelley and her counterpart were great in every way! My door is always open ((*smile*))... I cant wait until theyre here again!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Two Maids and a Mop! They showed up on time and even started picking up rugs as we toured my house! I had to pick up my dog from the groomer at lunch and took her back home. When I walked in the door I couldnt believe it! My house SMELLED so clean! I immediately could tell some hard work had been going on all morning! I kept looking at my kitchen cabinets wondering if they had painted them because they were so white! HA! Have already recommended them to friends!

I called and the customer service was outstanding, the scheduling process was simple and the maids went above and beyond our expectations.They smiled the whole time while helping my wife and I get ready for our child.My wife is so happy that someone can clean like she does and they were so careful with our home,as if it were their own.We have decided to use them on a regular basis now.We cant thank you enough!!

Initially I was pleased with the service, but Ive talked to them several times bc the beds were made without the sheets tucked in at the foot of the bed. Sometimes the sheet is wadded up at the foot if the bed with the blanket tucked around it. Today is the 3rd time and weve had several conversations about this. Also today both kitchen trash cans were left full. I had hoped this service would work out for our home, but I cant pay someone to do the work and then cone home and do it myself. Very disappointed

We are happy with the service provided by Two Maids & A Mop. They have been to our home twice and we look forward to the next visit. One issue is that our house doesnt necessarily smell clean, meaning smell like cleaning products, although it is clean. This might be good for those with strong aversions to smells and scents so they probably use non-scented cleaning products but I like to walk into my home and to instantly smell "clean" without looking around.
