We had used the cleaning authority thru the past years at another home. There were a few problems, damage to carpet, some broken family pieces dropped while cleaning, mostly we we let slide thru time. We had to keep an eye on the staff to clean the listed items or we would find things missed, ...this really bothered my wife.! Different people were showing up a lot which always made us nervous when new people were in our home. We keep a VERY clean home with no pets or kids. We have problems getting them to respond when we call. possibly the company has changed ownership or management,.. not sure.?? Too Bad..!! We had stuck with them as we did not want to go thru the process of interviewing new companies. We moved to a new built home,.... 1/2 the size. They came out to estimate work & raised our charge $30+ per visit for less work in a smaller home. We questioned this over the phone once & they were to return our call.. It was confusing & we could "NEVER" get them to contact us again.?? We only wanted to understand the increase & possibly someone had made a mistake..?? We have tried to contact them 3 times & spoke with an employee twice to forward our information.. No response. We feel this is disrespectful. We will not recommend the cleaning authority to any one. We are now interviewing new companies.

I am extremely pleased with the service we have received. We have never used a cleaning service before but my Husband and I decided to try it when we moved into our apartment. I wish we would have tried this sooner. The person that met us for the quote was the owner of this franchise location very professional nicely dressed well spoken and had a great brochure that explained everything. We received our quote the next day via email and it was surprisingly affordable. The day of our first cleaning was great, my husband was home to give them a key and then he left for work. We had "Team # 6" They were AMAZING! I was so happy when I came home after work to a clean house that smelled clean but no harsh chemicals. The faucets shined the floors and counters were spotless. It makes me smile just thinking about what a great job they did and they will be back every 2 weeks so I am thrilled. If you have never tried a cleaning service this is the one to try. We got a couple of other quotes but they were not as competitive and the representatives that showed up to quote us made me a little nervous to be in my home without me there. Love this place.

**Beware** - This cleaning service lost/stole our key and didnt notify us until the next cleaning (about 30 days later) then denied losing our key saying they left it in the house the last time they cleaned. Im not sure how you can leave a key in the house and lock the deadbolt on the door... I had to replace the locks on both of my doors and the fact that they didnt report this to me sooner is a serious security issue. They also overcharged us prior to this so we still had a $70 balance which was never refunded after both email and phone calls to their company when we fired them. The cleaning service itself was lackluster, but even if it had been fantastic I do not trust this company to be in my house. Buyer beware! Update: After posting this review I quickly received a refund and an apology from The Cleaning Authority for taking so long to issue a refund.

TCA does a fantastic job! They give great attention to the smallest details. I used to think that no one could clean my house as well as I do, but they truly do it better. Communication is excellent as well. It is so nice coming home to a clean house, with one less thing on my to-do list!

After having our home evaluated for an estimate, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone to GIVE me the estimate. My home is generously sized and tidy, it would have been a good contract, but I have hired someone else who was courteous enough to return phone calls.
