I will never do business here. I had a nail in my tire and needed it repaired so I could get home. I know that the tires need to be replaced due to age, but that is not an excuse for the unscrupulous service that they attempted to force on me. I didnt have the money to replace the tire, but the tire was good enough to last until I did. They took me out to my car with all four tires off and told me I needed shocks, struts, front brakes, alignment and 4 new tires, at an estimated $2000. They REFUSED to patch the nail puncture ($30), instead insisting that there is some law that at minimum they had to replace the tire (at over $100 total). I told them to just put the tires back on. I drove down the road to Tire Barn and they fixed the nail hole for $18, and I finally got home. I have done my own brakes and shocks for years. The line item prices for their service was way overpriced. This place preys upon people they think have no knowledge of cars.

Ok in 2012 I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I stop going there after the crew that was there started bad talking the company that I was working for and didnt resolve the problem I had at all. I tried them again in 2015 for tires for my Subaru Forrester. With the new people that were there. I had a very good experience with Brandon and his crew. So I started going back with my other vehicles. I was charged for a tire repair that was under warranty and went in and Brandon made it right. Today I woke up and my tire was flat on my Honda CRV. I had to put fix a flat in it in order to get it to the shop. Well long story but I will make it short. Shamacka and Mike made it right. They put up with me acting like a fool. They also made me happy. They were very professional about everything. You have a great crew there dont change it! Thank you again Shamacka and Mike and also Brandon and the crew. You guys are awesome!!!!!

Michael was very helpful and friendly. I have a new baby, so a nice lady and Michael worked together to drop me off and pick me up. I thought I needed new brakes, but he informed me I did not and saved me money. He gave me a few recommendations for future repairs, but there was no pressure nor insistence to have them fixed immediately. They changed my oil and flushed my coolant. I have another vehicle that needs serviced, and I will definitely be back to have them fix it and the other repairs they recommended on the vehicle they serviced. I highly recommend this place and their friendly staff. Also, my lug nut was cross threaded, which caused a service technician to accidentally break the stud (or maybe strut--not sure). They took care of it for me at no charge. It is all the little things that make me trust them and want to use them for larger repairs in the future!

I called on Saturday to ask pricing for 2 front tires. I then scheduled a time to come in on Monday to have that done. After I got off of work on Saturday I had a voice mail stating the tires that are on my car needed to be ordered from Ohio. I called today, spoke with Michael and I asked him if there was something comparable that could be placed on my vehicle. Apparently he is computer illiterate because he was unable to view in the system which tires I was speaking of. He tried to tell me that Ive never had any tire work done there when I have a receipt and a quote from them in my glove box. He refused to allow me to speak with the man I spoke with on Saturday, he got loud and told me hes a manager and Michael lost them a customer because I hung up and will be going elsewhere.

I brought my car in on a Monday morning on my way to work for an inspection on my tire and the Store Manager, Brandon, was very helpful. My tire kept losing air all weekend and I was worried that I needed a new tire all together. He assessed the situation and sent my vehicle back. It turned out that I didnt need a new tire after all. I had a nail in my tire which was causing a slow leak and they just patched it up. One of the mechanics also topped off my fluids....and unbeknownst to me they comped my visit. I am not sure if it was becuase I was a first time customer or not, but I was very appreciative. they will be taking care of all of my car maintenace needs going forward! He was very professional, they were very timely and I am so thankful for the great service!

I used to go to the one in Noblesville, but that went out of business. I used it to switch over snow tires to regular tires. They are friendly, service is good. Recently, I went there and had a 1pm appointment. Only problem is that it took 3 hours to do an alignment and to swap over tires onto different wheels. The frustrating thing is that this work should not take this long. I called and had an appointment. So, friendly, seems to be honest, but INCREDIBLY slow. Lesson learned, get there first thing in the morning if you use them because an appointment doesnt mean a whole lot.

I went into family tire to have a rim &tire put on due to a tire and rim being damaged they put it on within about 15 minutes really no wait. Family tire also inform me of their sale coming up buy 2 tires get 2 free with purchase of lifetime alignment. I got all four tires and warranty and lifetime alignment for around 1250.00 the tires were not cheap they were around 400 piece .I saved around 700.00 going with family tire .Thank You family tire for the great service and super deal.

Date of service: 8/12/2015. Brought wifes car in for a damaged rim. Dealership was charging an outrageous fee for repair/replace of the rim. Ended up saving a lot of money in the end by bringing it here, the wait time was pretty good (~1 hour to completion). We were under the impression two rims would have to be repaired, but it only ended up being one (I like honesty in this industry). Will be keeping them in mind when it comes time to replace tires.

I could quote Dawn word for word. I always receive excellent service and its always nice to see the same faces every time I take my car in. We have been taking both vehicles to this location for years, and I am always happy with the service. These guys have gone over and above what is needed for our vehicles, and as Dawn said, they are always very up front and have never pushed me to buy unneeded repairs or services, which I really appreciate.

Will never have work done here again!!!!! First thing they bent one of my rims and then tried to say it was already like that, pull car out of service bay forgot to put center caps back on, and then to make things worst went to use credit card and their system was all screwed up stood there for like 30 minutes trying to prove transaction went through, they put these big as silver weights on black wheels.WTF DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!
