I will never deal with these people again and my hope is for others to not waste their time and money on them. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed to go in knowing that I would need new break pads, rotors, oil change, and possibly some ball joints. I get a call from the mechanic telling me that I needed a new battery (which was fine, but was probably due for a new one soon), 2 new marker lights, 3 ball joints and arms replaced, break pads and rotors just needed to be cleaned up, an alignment, and new tires along with an oil change for $1980.00!!!! I went in thinking I wouldnt have to spend any more than $800.00. I decided to give these guys a chance, so I had them repair everything, but the tires (I knew they were fine) I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and didnt get it back until Friday night and they didnt offer me a loaner. I didnt drive my truck for a few days, come Monday afternoon when I had to pick 2 of my boys up from school and take them to practices, my truck didnt start because the battery was dead! I contacted Joes auto service and they told me to jump start my truck and bring it in, which I couldnt do until the next morning. The next morning I drove my truck in to Joes Auto service and I communicated with Daniel how much of an inconvenience it was for me to have them put a defective battery in my truck especially when there wasnt anything wrong with my old battery and he informed me that it couldnt be the battery because he checks them thoroughly and tried to tell me that something such as my radio could be draining my battery and for him to pinpoint the cause that he would have to charge me $97/hour and it could take him a few hours to diagnose the problem and may run me about $200-$300 just for the diagnosis. I told him that Ive already dropped $1100.00 into repairs and that I certainly couldnt afford any more repairs for a few months and he was trying to convince me that my truck wouldnt start if I dont take care of the battery diagnosis asap. I told him that Ill just have to take my chances since it wasnt in our budget to spend any more money into repairs for my truck. All of this nonsense while Im 8 months pregnant and wouldnt ya know it my truck has been starting up just fine.

I decided to give them a try because there shop is very close to my house. I needed new brake pads and rotors. The cost of this service was around 435 dollars and thats without any of the other work they say I needed. After getting these new parts I decided to call the dealership that I normally take it to and they quoted me 328 dollars for the same thing. We all know dealerships dont give great deals. Big o also told me my back pads needed replaced and that I needed two tires replaced. I found that odd being that 3 of my 4 tires were brand new. Last week I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and to see if my back brakes and those two tires needed replaced and they said NO!!!!!! I felt like I was being hustled because they sensed I didnt know anything about cars. Today I called them to see how much my sisters Acadia would cost for an oil change. They told me $69.99 and up for full synthetic. Again I call her dealership up and their full synthetic change was $45.00. The only reason I was going to give them another shot was because of how close it is to my house and I could drop it off and walk home. Plus I figured that I couldnt get a bad deal on an oil change. Again I was wrong. Please get other quotes before you decide to go with them. They are more costly and some of the staff is very rude.

Updated - Decided to give these guys one more go. my mistake. Went in for an alignment they comeback saying that I need two new tires. This is after two hours. I said ok, ordered them and went back when the tires got in.. I asked over the phone how long it would take. 45 minutes they say. So I go in at 9am I leave at 11. During these two hours I find that they had not done the alignment the day before (so why was I there for two hours) and that is why it took two hours instead of 45mins. I leave and my steering wheel is shaking badly. So i go down the road to a tire store and they say Premier Auto was 3oz off on each tire for balancing. I can not say one good thing about this shop. Had a 3000gt in which they did the job wrong 3 times, which means removing the transmission three times and re-installing. Took a whole week to replace my clutch ( a 7 hour job at most ) all because when they took out the old clutch they threw away the spacer and that spacer does not come in new clutch kits. Dumb mistake even I know that spacers dont come with the kit. Plus they were installing an after market clutch without asking me if I wanted something non OEM (original equipment manufactured). A complete joke. INVOICE 3300

I dont typically write reviews about anything and by "typically" I mean never, but after my experience with Premier Auto I feel obliged. I was on my way into work one morning when my car began to overheat. Steam was billowing out of the hood when lo and behold there was Premier Auto and I pulled in. This was just prior to 7:30 AM, when they open for business. I walked in at 7:30, explained the problem, and they stated that they could get me right in and take a look. Within 10-15 minutes the technician had identified the problem (busted thermostat) and even brought the broken & partially melted part in to show me. They did not have the needed part in the shop, but promptly got on the phone with the Chevy dealer to procure it. The guys working there were friendly and professional and the facilities were nice and clean. The cost was reasonable (I paid the most for the parts; labor was around $85 and I received a 10% discount for being a first-time customer), and they had the car fixed and I was back on the road by 9:00 AM. I would definitely recommend Premier Auto to anyone.

Poor staff and customer service, blunt and rude, acting like they have something to prove. I had tires balanced here, after being finished my truck rode about 3 times as worse as it did prior to bringing it in. The staff member David had told me prior to having the tires balanced that he wasnt sure if itd fix my problem. I figured that if by having them balanced it may possibly fix the problem, however I did not anticipate by having them balanced, it would make it exponentially worse. After calling back and getting into an argument on the phone with David, I decided to take my business to a different location. Hopefully the Carmel location can properly assist me. It seemed to me that the staff seem more interested in flaunting their "knowledge" rather than helping a customer and being fair. They gave me the usual run-around, like many other shady shops would.
