I have an older car that is just starting to get to the point where you go huh. It was not accelerating so knew something was bad. Took it in and these guys gave it a look over and then called me back with the news. It was bad. BUT, they offered me options. Since this is an older car I asked what was minimum to keep it safely on the road. They didnt blink and gave me the details. Told me Id be out of commission for a day or so. I felt they saved me money that most people wouldve charged, AND they had the car done by the end of the day. FANTASTIC!!! Thank you, it runs and should go long enough to think about the next car.

This used to be a good place to go. Really liked Sheppard and TJ. Over the last several months service has really degraded and unless TJ personally does the work the results arent good. I called to discuss some issues with work (anti lock brakes going off when I hit a bump in the road and brakes are spongy all the way to the floor - both of which they were supposed to fix) and the guy who answered the phone "uh-huh" and "yeahed" me about every half second clearly demonstrating he neither cared nor had time. I hung up. Ill never go back.

Fantastic service. I called Saturday late morning and asked if I could bring my car in. My rear tire was not keeping air. They said they were really busy but if I could drop it off, they would get to it. I did. A few hours later they said it was ready. I picked it up and they said it had a screw in the tire. They removed it and patched it. No charge. I didnt even buy the tires there. They earned my business for everything going forward.

Truly amazing... at a time when "Customer Service" has seem to been lost, this business did not have my item but wanted to ensure they obtained my information to do some looking around and follow up with me to see if I had any luck elsewhere.
