We had a 6 hour trip back to Wisconsin ahead of us when the engine light came on. The technician at Auto Zone accurately diagnosed the problem and sent us to Big Os for repairs on 146th St. Three hours later, we were back on the road with a new thermostat. We didnt pay a dime at Auto Zone, but you can be sure we will patronize your store in Wisconsin for future purchases. Thank you for great customer service! We appreciate the great reference too!

On our way from Kentucky to Green Bay Wisconsin pulling a camper when the alternator in our truck went bad. Went to AutoZone and was served by a gentleman named Avi. He hooked us up with the right alternator came out and look at it gave us the right tools and together we found a tensioner that I needed to loosen in order to change the alternator. Super helpful and very nice.

An excellent parts experience! I just wanted a rear wiper blade, and associate Amelia grabbed the product and went out to my car to make sure it fit. Cracked it out of the package and installed it. Wow! That was awesome. Thanks to all you guys.
