I have a 20 year old Volvo and used to go to the Volvo dealer for service. A friend recommended that I try Hash Imports. I did so and was very pleased with the result. I have gone to Hash exclusively for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the personal service for my vehicle and the personal treatment of me as an individual rather than a customer. It is the same reason I am a member of my Credit Union rather than a bank. If perception is reality, my perception is that Hash goes out of its way to save me both time and money and to see to it that I am completely satisfied on every visit whether it is routine service or something of greater significance. I recommend Hash Imports for their outstanding service and reasonable prices as well as for their personalized treatment.

As someone who has wrenched on his own cars since back in the late 80s I am always hesitant to let anyone else repair my car. Over the last couple years I have started working with various shops on certain repairs or upgrades. I have found that some shops do try to get you to take on unneeded repairs. I am fortunate as a long time car DIY guy (having done everything including multiple engine swaps) that I usually have a detailed understanding of the repair and can easily see when they are trying to pull one on me. Hash didnt do that. They have been honest and fair. I cant say more than that other than that other than to compliment their customer service (all the guys were very easy to like and responsive any time I called or emailed).

The staff is very accommodating, honest and have integrity. I was hesitant at first to bring my car as I never heard of this place. It turned out to be the best place my car was ever serviced. This is now the 4th time I am using them for regular maintenance and other repairs on my 20 year old mercedes benz. They are very professional and I like the fact that I am able to bring my own parts for them to install. Repairs are completed on or prior to the promised date. If you are looking for a place that is not charging an arm and a leg on labor and would like your vehicle properly fixed without paying unnecessary extras, this is it. You will not regret it.

I really dont know how this place earned 4.7 stars. I just took my car in to have the Blower motor fixed. The Blower motor that they put in, in March. I was charged $325 to replace something that they put in themselves 9 months ago. That made me upset. But didnt infuriate me. What really pushed me over the edge was, when I pick my car up, the Blower STILL DOES NOT WORK. Not like worked for a second then went out. But when I started my car the heat still doesnt blow out. Its December guys. And its in the 30s and below. This is Frickin ridiculous. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I am a do it yourself mechanic and I understand the costs and time associated with repairs. I have taken my BMW and Mercedes to Hash many times for jobs that were just too big, or too difficult for me to do without a lift or air-tools. The prices that were charged were VERY reasonable for the quality of work that the mechanics do. I have recommended them to friends that own imports, and have had nothing but thanks and positive reviews from them as well. If you are looking for quality work, quality parts and smart mechanics, this is the place to go!

Took my G37 to Hash for performance modifications. All work was done on time and as promised with updates from Josh along the way. After discovering that one of the stock parts on my car would not allow for proper camber adjustment, and with no after market part available, Hash recommended custom fabrication of the existing part (which is in process). How many shops have the know-how and willingness to take on a custom project? I couldnt be more pleased with the guys at Hash Imports.

Honest, good work. I thought I had a $500 problem and took my car in letting them know what I thought it was. They called me back a few hours later and said with a little clean up they had fixed the problem for less that $50. Now they could have "fixed" what I thought was wrong and charged me $500 and I would NEVER have known. But that is not what they do at Hash. I will now be a long-term customer and I will send referrals their way whenever I can. Thanks Hash!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop ever. Mike and Josh were very knowledgeable about the issue that I was having, and explained their process of how to fix it. Josh even took me to work since they needed my car for the day. Before I took my car here, I asked for an estimate, and to my surprise, they came in WELL under what was originally estimated. Very pleased with this service and will definitely be taking my cars here from now on.

These guys are serious mechanics. Give solid advice and accurate estimates. Very knowledgeable on Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Infiniti, etc. I use a cheaper place for brakes but these guys are the only place Ill go for a timing belt change or to find a problem others cant find. Once "Mr. Hash" (as they call him) even visited my house to take care of an older Mercedes that wouldnt start. In the rain! Awesome guys, dedicated, reasonably priced.

Unfortunately my experience was not a happy ending story, however it was not because of the service and professionalism of Mike at Hash. He had to be the one to tell me that my motor was done. Not only did they squeeze my car in between appointments, they provided a lot of information about my problem and offered many options. I will definitely go back for service.

Josh was great about getting us scheduled in for some body work on our Volvo that involved removing and replacing a damaged rear bumper. What was going to take three months for a dealer body shop to schedule us in only took about a week with Hash Imports. The job was done in a day and came in below the phone estimated dollar amount.

Great repair shop for European cars. Honest and well trained. They take time to explain whats wrong with your vehicle and do not push for unnecessary repairs. Much better experience than most big name dealers. The service techs are proud of their work and will personally explain what they did if you request so.
