AMAZING JOB!!!!!! I was really struggling with not being able to get in my car for the past 3 or so days. First, the doors were frozen. Second, the key hole ended up being frozen. (I dont have a remote) and finally, the door handle Fell off the drivers side. I actually ended up losing my job because I couldnt come in. These men were extremely polite and did a good job. When they told me it was going to be 135 dollars, I was terrified because I only have 60 dollars in my account (broke teen) but they told me it was no issue and that they would do it for 60. How amazing is that?!?!?! These guys deserve a raise or something. Seriously such a blessing. If you ever are locked out this should be your first choice. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS COMPANY AT THE MOMENT.

Made an appointment for 9:30. Got a phone call around 9:07. They said they were going to be here on time with no issue. 9:50 came around I call to double check. I asked if They got lost or if they were still coming. They responded with, "uuumm, yeah he is just a little behind. Give him 10 more minutes." Called 30min. later to check up on because they still didnt show up. Nobody answered me and the number was supposbly not available anymore. My Gf called right after and they immediately picked up. She asked about our issue. They acted like we never asked for help or request. "Yes, let me check on his status again. He should call you back in 3min." Then hung up. Still nobody showed up. What a waste of time.

Had a great experience with those locksmith guys! Quick, professional and cheaper than expected. We had our car locked with the keys inside during road trip and tried to find local company with good reviews. One didnt answer at all and those guys answered right away and got to us very quick even when we were confused about our location, means they know the area well. They worked very quick to resolve the issue without any damage to our car and charged us less than we expected based on our past experience! They knew we werent local and were desperate and could screw us with the price and extra charges, like other companies do, but they were really honest. Real pleasure to work with companies like this one!

Fantastic experience! I am a bartender and locked my keys in my car late on a Friday night/Saturday morning. I called and was promptly called back by the dispatcher, who put me in contact with Andrew, the locksmith. Andrew got to my location quickly and quoted me a reasonable price to unlock my car. He then proceeded to get my car unlocked with absolutely no damage in less than 2 minutes at 5am!! He did an incredible job and was very friendly! Left our car at hotel in indy while on vacation. Somehow we left our keys in Puerto Vallarta. Called the number from airport he said they would be right over. He beat us to the hotel. The guy showed up checked my id and the car to make sure I owned it. I am very pleased with everything from being very prompt, checking to make sure it was my car and getting me on the road home at a reasonable price at 1:00 oclock in the morning. Thanks

Had a valet service break an already intermittently working key fob for my 2008 Chrysler Town & Country while on vacation. They responded within an hour and got me a new fob and programmed for less than a dealership wants for the fob itself. The locksmith also offered several options and price points. Highly recommend. If Im ever in Indy again and need a locksmith, I know who Im going to call!

Honestly, the only reason this is getting 4 starts instead of 5 is because the price hurt me in my soul. However, the two people that I talked to were so helpful and so polite and they got there quickly to unlock my car. The people are great. The prices just feel a little steep but then again Id never called a locksmith before so maybe its typical.

My 2011 dodge ram was acting up and the ignition was locked Eli came out to my place of buisness and instead of replacing the entire thing($400+) he managed to replace a part and fixed it for a great price elevating alot of stress that comes with this time a year. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a lock smith.

Called Mobile Locksmith Indianapolis on the weekend and technician arrived in 15 minutes. Technician was polite and professional. He helped me to replace door lock and cut set of keys that I lost. He also helped me with broken spring on garage door. Their prices are very reasonable and service is extremely professional.

Described price as being around $140 & charged $280 when they arrived. They resolved the issue by refunding $100 into my account 3-4 days later. The service was good and they were apologetic about the issue. I believe it was an honest mistake.

In harsh weather conditions mobile locksmith showed up in an hour, they were very professional. I was locked out of my house and they got in in 20 minutes. Reasonable price of 150. I would recommend Mobile to everyone I know. Great work!
