My child lost my only car key so I thought I would call here for assistance. Very unprofessional!! I called and was answered with a "What?" The man on the phone was very annoyed that I called and told me that there is no one that can do that there until next month and was irritated when I asked him if there was any other companies that might be able to help me. He murmured something and hung up. I will never call here again.

They always go above and beyond for me here. Yesterday I went in with another special request for a key to get cut and, in typical King fashion, they made it happen. Even spent extra time filing down the new key so that it went in and out of my locks smoothly without hanging up. Ill never go anywhere else.

May not be the most friendly establishment, but he gets the job done. Brought him a key for a yamaha outboard and he wasnt sure he had a good match for it, but offered to make it and told me I could return it if it didnt work. Worked like a charm!

Came in last week to get a key made and didnt have an issue, he knew exactly what the key was for and was able to make it quickly. The only bad thing was you have to spend a minimum of $5 to use your card but thats not a big deal to me

Sick of getting keys that almost work? These guys do it right. I had 3 doors re-keyed and a handle replaced and it was super reasonable.
