Had them install an electronic key pad. When it stopped working after a week they came back and fixed it. Stopped working again that same day. I asked to have them put my old dead bolt and knob back on but they disposed of them without asking. A third trip back to fix it and now I have someone elses used dead bolt and knob, none of my old keys work and my door has holes in it that are scabbed over with aluminum plates that are secured with whatever random screws and rivets were rolling around the floor of their van. Its not the $1000 Im out or the fact that now I have to buy a new door thats frustrating. Its the fact that anyone can walk away from a job and leave it looking like it does. The level of worksmanship displayed is just pitiful. I really wish I could upload a picture of it.

Charged almost 30% more than the original quote with no explanation for a simple lockpick service and unsnapped part of the bezel from the product in the process. The bezel snapped back on easily and the price was still reasonable, but I would have preferred a bit more honesty and care.
