Getting the unit was very easy and convenient. Thankfully we only needed it for a month. However, after only ONE month, our things were wet from the dampness the unit had. Things are rusted and furniture will need cleaned. When you rent a storage unit, you should not have to worry about outside elements like moisture or humidity. Very disappointed. Phone call made to corporate and no return call has been made.

I have had my storage unit almost a month and have been there several times. So far I like it. I would give it 5 stars but the unit I have is on the inside and the lighting is not so well. It be a good idea for the timed lights on the inside to be in the units as well. Very clean and the customer service I experienced when setting it up was very great and the lady that assisted me was very courteous.

Storage unit and access is great however the person that lives onsite is very rude and I store my Harley here and was told one day after taking my bike out that I cannot leave my vehicle there on the property, however I can leave my Harley there, Makes no sense to me as I asked one of the employees and he told me where to park my vehicle. Then I get told this SO WRONG

nice clean units 24/7 customer service and i like the modern business model for getting a unit and paying at each location. this review is for the location in Noblesville not 42nd St. the 42nd St. location is old and dirty with a high curb and I would not store my antiques in there.

D Pitts The customer service is great...the lady that assigned my unit was funny and very detailed...the guy that talk to me about where to mail my contract was very informative and kind...the space is just what I needed and the 24hr access works for me.

The location of my unit was not easy to find because it inside a box like area where you had a open a door that had 3 other units inside of it. My unit was cornered to the right so it was hard getting big items in like my couches and dressers.

Open 24 hrs incase youve been at work all day who in the hell wants to rush to get to storage because they close at 9pm? No One!This is the most affordable accommodating storage facility ive ever used!
