Terrible customer service. They keep raising rates and have raised as much as 10 bucks and 2 times within same year. I had direct pay setup with bank but they keep changing rate. I pay on time every month and they keep harrasing me after I have spoken with the staff and late at night. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
