I rented three storage units in April of 2013. At some point in time, not long after I moved in, they broke a fire sprinkler line and flooded the place. I went back a bit later and noticed some of my tall stacked boxes leaning,but the place was dry. In 2015, we started to move a small unit into a larger 10X35 unit. I found several sets of vintage speakers destroyed, I lost 1,000 LPs and 78s, as well as several other items ruined, including stored van seats rusted. All of the Items would have been saved, had they picked up the phone and called, the day it happened, yet they said nothing, denied it ever happened and told us to get out, when we found out they did indeed flood the place. They took my money for two years and said nothing to us about the water line break and flood. Yes, it happened, and alot of our stuff was ruined.....

If I could give a zero I would because the manger unprofessional because when you call you can never find people to help you they are never hardly open. They have mice and the unit are always cold and when you need to pay your bill they are never there and they have a schedule on there door and its never followed so when you need help with something you cant get it. The women up front she sweet but the manger is VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and if you think about renting there DONT because manger is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL......!!!!
