I asked for the list of prices they said they didnt want my business and asked me to lease. I said all I was doing was asking what the price was. She said Ive been in business for 30 years and this is how I do it. Very sketchy place. Trash in the pothole in the parking lot and busted up employee cars in the parking spots.

Ive been very happy with it only slight issue is being able to get there before they close to pay they close at 6 which is the time I usually get off work and cant make it there they charge a hefty late fee wish they had online bill pay other than that Im happy

Good place to store you stuff. The staff (Kari) was very helpful. Pricing was fair, with one month free storage with truck rental awesome... Facility was clean, am happy with Store It Indy!!! Love the climate controlled units!!! Thanks for your service!!!

Manager was the worst. They over charged me by 100%. Truck smelled like cat urine and they yelled at me for telling them.
