I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX. One day I am leaving work and I go to push in the clutch to start the vehicle and the clutch pops and goes straight to the floor with no pressure. I had it towed to Probilt as they replaced the master and slave cylinders a couple months ago. They call me and tell me my pressure plate is broken and they need to put in a new clutch kit and that it would be $1,300!!! Red flags immediately went up because thats just ridiculous. So I then had my car towed to an acquaintances buddys house. He called and told me it wasnt the pressure plate and that it was fine and that it was the master cylinder that went bad. He replaced it and charged me $225! My car now works. Never use Probilt!!!! They didnt want to warranty out the master cylinder they replaced a couple months back so they made something up and lied to my face and charged me $1,075 more than I truly had to pay. SCAM! NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THEIR SCHEMES AND LIES!

I have been using this car care service center center For over 10 years. I drop my car off. They tell me whats wrong, what needs my attention and what can wait. This is a local business that cares about their customers. I highly recommend this service center. See my other reviews. Im not one to take a piece of junk car to a place a try to tell them I can do it cheeper with auto zone. (Everyone can do it with autozone. Their parts cheep and rebuilt by the cheepest bidder.) I work at a dealership that performs maintenance on a certain brand. I would like to thank the probilt company for the outstanding service.

Outstanding service! Came in without appointment due to loss of engine power and couldnt be happier with the mechanics and customer service. Knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. Kept us updated as they diagnosed our problem, showed us the faulty part, explained how it worked, and made the repair. We were driving cross country and were LUCKY to find Probilt. I wish they were in my hometown so I could have them service all my auto needs. Dont hesitate to come to Probilt. I highly recommend them. Reasonable cost and educated us on our vehicle.

Stumbled across this place and so glad that I did. Went in and did free inspection. Broke it down to me on what needed to be fixed and gave me estimation. Also provide free shuttle service while your car is being worked on. The place is clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just moved here from out of state and was looking for a new place for my car to call home, and I think we found it! Thanks guys!

We are so happy with the work we got here! We are not from the area and our alternator went out on the road. AAA recommended this shop, and were so happy they did. We had our car towed here at 10:00 pm. They opened at 8am the next morning and had our car ready to go by 11am! Amazing, fast service. The price was fair and the mechanics were honest and knowledgeable. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

Do NOT let these people get your car! They ignored my input, charged me $300, and my car completely stopped running the next day! When I called them about it, they were just like, "Well, you could bring it back to us for more work." I got the repair done by a friend for $40! NEVER NEVER go to PROBILT!

Sorry excuse of an establishment try to do something nice in a charity. Bid on a basket win free oil change. They wouldnt honor coupon. I guess if you own a newer car that doesnt take crappy oil your just out of luck. Manager wouldnt give an option for price of upgrade. Just coupon not worth a nickel.

Probilt does great work, and now they have a shop in Jeffersonville. Ive been going there because its easy to get to, and they can usually take me in, and get me out fast. Just like at their Louisville shop they do excellent work, quickly, and at a fair price. Thanks, Probilt!
