Dropped my Mercedes CLK320 off one day last week after hours pending the arrival of a complete Tie-Rod assembly that I ordered from Autohaus. The part came in last Friday, and I took it in to them around 1pm. I was told there was a good chance they would not get to it until Monday (today), but just a few hours later they called to inform me that the work was complete and ready to pick. I did a quick inspection of the vehicle and have driven it all weekend without any issues coming up. Thanks Zee Auto for the quick turnaround!

Overall, my van was fixed and at a reasonable price. The experience was awful though, I wont be going back and I wont recommend this place. However, the mechanic who actually fixed the problem seemed helpful and knowledgeable. (Not to be confused with the manager/owner who, at times, talked over me and down to me.) Take my advice, and find a shop before you are in a pinch and have no other option.

From Hannah who ansers the phone, Brian the Service Manager, and Jef the Owner, you could not ask for a finer group of people. My car is so important to me personally and professionally and I can count on them to keepit running in tip top shape. First I wanna say the people were nice to deal with. But I received a quote for over 400 dollars for it "possibly" being the starter. Called a auto store the part was 60 dollars cheaper there. I asked if I could go and buy my own starter then bring it to them. They said they would charge me 60 dollars for bringing my own part. Needless to say I got car towed away from them.

I cant speak highly enough of Brian and the crew at Zees. They dropped everything to get our truck back on the road. We broke down 500 miles from home heading back from helping in Gatlinburg. They got us in and got it done quickly. They saved us from having to stay the night at the motel from hell motel 6. Thanks guys you are AWESOME. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND GOD BLESS

0 stars. These guys are extremely greedy. I took my van to check on the refrigerant pressure they said just to check out it will be $80.00 and depends on filling or releasing will charge additional amount. How rude and greedy they are I just took out my van from there.

We are from Canada, driving back up from Tennessee when a 3 foot piece of steel punctured our gas tank. With already thinking of getting a new car, they bought the car off me and offered great customer service. The staff here is top shelf.

Very honest! Awesome staff! They will tell you what is wrong and needs fixed and what can wait to be fixed. Not like other places that fix it anyway and take your money....I will definitely take my car back to Zee for any repairs needed.
