Northwest Towing & Recovery is a family owned business. Theyre very unprofessional and theyre thieves. DO NOT TRUST THEM! If you want to deal with depression and anxiety then this is the place for you. They will tell you one price and charge another and make up a reason to why they have charged you that price. These people have no feelings. They do not care. They’re very hungry for money and will do everything in their power to get every penny you own! I hope and pray that God makes this family pay for every pain they have caused my family.

Northwest responded to 10-20 very quickly and pulled my Lincoln Town Car out of the snow fill ditch I put it in. Everyone from the dispatcher to the wrecker operator was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are always fair, I call Northwest anytime, anywhere when Im in a pinch.

Walked in and got immediate attitude from the young girl working who wasnt very helpful. She was more interested in her dads phone call than helping. Visited 3 times but still cant get the car because "no one is there to take me back to get the car" they need serious help.

I just had my car towed by Northwest. After trying to deal with Nyes, I decided to try another towing company. The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and nice. The man who came and picked up my car was friendly also. A much better choice than Nyes.

A Weird

They pretty much run an extortion business. When you cant afford to get your car they give you a huge fine which they turn over to collection. If its a "family owned business" I can only assume its a family of jerks.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Treated u like crap and a wouldnt let me get my vehicle out until my buddy whos a cop called em and then magically im able to get my car. Rip off and everyone in muncie knows it.
