Thank you Lock Doctor for re-keying our new home very efficiently and instantly making us glad we chose your locksmith service! Two technicians, Michael and Scott, arrived at the beginning of the time window the company gave (thank you for respecting my time, when many installation-type services do not) and were very polite and professional. It was obvious they have a high level of expertise by the short amount of time it took them to rekey our locks. They asked us how many new keys we wanted, which I thought was above and beyond, and gave us the number we wanted, instead of just the standard two. Also, they automatically turned our locks rightside up--which was something that bothered me but was an inconvenience I figured I would just have to live with; without me asking them they corrected a mistake of the builder--not even something they had to do. I really appreciated their efficient work and how they treated me like I mattered, not like I was another job to pay their bills. I will definitely recommend Lock Doctor for the full range of services they provide!

Long story short... My ignition lock cylinder failed on my car in the beginning of April 2015. My car was towed to a mechanic who said they were going to work on it ASAP. A week later, they said they didnt have time. So my car was out of service for a week with 0 attempt to repair. Fortunately, the key was able to be turned and I was able to drive me car as usual (had to wiggle with the key every time). I contacted LockDoctor and talked to Michael (polite and professional) about the problem. He looked into it over the weekend and Corrie (sp) contacted me in the beginning of the week to schedule for the service. Michael arrived on time in his converted Ambulance. He was able to swap our the part within 30 minutes (luckily he didnt have to drill it). I think the price was reasonably but I highly valued the professionalism of everyone that was involved. Back to the mechanic mentioned earlier, he wont be getting my money from now on. This couldve been an easy cash into his pocket and new customer.

I wish i can give them 10 star. I have 2015 fusion se and i dont had the key for it. i called cooks locksmith, they asked me $264 dollars, i said OK, They called me next day and they told me i have to have two keys to program $393, I said fine do it, she called me after two hours she said " I made mistake, two keys $460. it should be $530 we will do it for you for $460". I said NO, I went to the ford service, they asked me $175 each keys needed two, $90 for programming and i had to tow it another $60. Total was $500. I found lock doctor they ask me $225 when i called them 8pm. They ask me $50 deposed, they said after tomorrow. next day she called me from lock doctor, she said we can do it today if you have time. 2 hours later two gays came and they give me two keys in 35 min. i saved $275 and 4 days they are very, very professional. I never call some body for key...

My husband and I bought a new house, and while it was still under construction/contract, the appliances were stolen out of it from someone who had a key and alarm code. The contractor replaced the appliances on the same day that we closed, but didnt have the locks changed. Suffice to say, I wanted all new locks immediately! My former landlord had used Lock Doctor and I knew these guys were friendly. I called Cory and scheduled a window for them to come out. Scott and Cory arrived perfectly on time, changed 5 locks all to 1 new key, and they were finished super quickly! You couldnt ask for friendlier folks, nor a better job done! And the rates were more than reasonable. The Hamm family loves these guys!!

Wow! Lock Doctors Technician was quick & efficient! I waited longer for him to arrive, which was not long since thankfully he was in the area, than what it took for him to get me back in my house!! Thank You Ryan!! I was able to get all my errands completed so that I could leave town on time!!! I had a horrible sinking feeling that day as the door shut behind me when I realized that I did not have my keys in my hand!! I then remembered, "Call Lock Doctor", as Ryan had come me to my aide when I locked my keys in my car in Crestwood!!! Great customer service!! Thank You Lock Doctor!!! I live in another state and needed to get my parents storm doors fixed or new locks put in. When I called to set up an appointment, it was done quickly and efficiently. I asked for the technician to contact me personally about the job and he did. He told me when he was heading to their house so I could contact my parents. New locks had to be ordered but I was kept informed of their arrival and replacement times and it was done right on time, efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend this company to everyone needing locksmith services. The staff there is super friendly, caring, and reliable. Excellent customer service!

I lost my car keys and did not have a spare. I was not sure if I could get a replacement key and thought that I would have to change all the locks and the ignition cylinder which would have cost me a lot of money. However, the guys from Lock Doctor came in and made me a new key on site, right where my car was. They had to first unlock the car (which took about a minute at the most), make a new key that fit my locks, the ignition, and program the key so that it actually starts the engine of the car. It took them only 10 minutes to do that and I walked away with two keys so now I have a spare. Thank you, Scott and Michael!

Take it from someone who has utilized her fare share of locksmiths in Louisville, dont waste your time calling anyone else. The Lock Doctor is top notch and Im glad I finally found them! From the receptionist to the two men who got me into my house, I was extremely impressed by how courteous and professional they were. (they even brought my trash can & recycling bin up from the curb) Not to mention they were much more affordable than just about any other locksmith weve ever used. Thank you Lock Doctor! Somehow you made a very frustrating situation a pleasant experience!

I lost the only car key I had to my car. A quick search on Google and I found Lock Doctor and from all of the positive reviews, decided to give them a call. From the person I first spoke with on the phone to the tech (Michael, I believe...) who showed up at my door; I was greeted with friendly, professional people who genuinely seem to love what they do and the people they serve. Not to mention they were quick with their work and much cheaper than having the same work done at the dealership. Will definitely be using them for any future locksmith needs!
