Unprofessional customer service. I told myself i wasnt going to review this company, simply because I could just be the 1 person who had bad luck with them, but they are a select service location through State Farm so im going to speak my peace. My biggest complaint is how i was treated. I can deal with the repairs taking extra time but I cannot just brush off how unprofessional this business is. I had to call over and over (while paying for a rental car that was actually very inconvenient for my family) for a week straight. Each day I was told it would be done the next day and i would call a day later, and nothing. Finally, a week later I sent them the rental car bill. Thankfully, and as expected, they started paying it. Repairs were completed 3 days later. THEN, we take the car home and it wasnt even repaired right. My husband took it back that day and I wont go into details about that. Do some research and find someone else who is rated well.

In February of 2015, I was in an accident and needed to take my Jeep in for repair. Because I wanted to use a body shop my insurance worked through, I ended up at Hare/Story Collision in Noblesville. Since that accident, I had been going through windshield wiper fluid quickly. I just assumed I was using more than I thought until I took my car in for an oil change at a local shop and they told me the washer fluid reservoir was cracked. I knew it had to be from that accident due to circumstances with the accident. There was nothing about replacing the reservoir on the original invoice from Hare/Story so I emailed Jason Story about the situation. He said they would replace the reservoir at no cost to me. This is 19 months after the fact! Couldnt ask for better service. Definitely recommend the shop if you ever need repairs!

They are absolutely awesome. Excellent work. Attention and care to details. Work was done in a timely fashion. Would not think of taking my vehicles anywhere else. If you are looking for the best you have found it.
