I dont really have the words for how wonderful my experience with Fletcher has been. I am a single woman so I get taken advantage of at times. I had purchased a car in March from a dealer in Columbus and was lied to about several things concerning the car. I was not satisfied with the car and very unhappy about my purchase. I was told that I would be too "upside down" in my loan to be able to do anything with only having it for a few months but I decided to try anyway. From the moment I had my live chat with Dick Giles on the internet as I looked at inventory I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me if he could. No promises but he said he would do everything in his power to get me out of that car and into something I really wanted. Dick also told me he would not have me drive up to Fletcher until he was sure he could do something. He called me on Thursday evening and told me to be up there Saturday morning. Imagine my excitement when he told me what he was working on was not only an SUV; a Dodge Journey, which is what I wanted BUT a BRAND NEW one!!. I have never had a brand new vehicle before. My stipulation was I wanted my payment to stay the same. It changed by around $30 bucks, and I am in a bigger more user friendly vehicle that I am in love with. Everyone was as nice as nice can be and I could just tell that no one was trying to put on airs or make something sound better than it was. It was real!! I will never shop anywhere again and plan on telling everyone I know that if they need a car, van, or truck they need to see Fletcher. Period. I love you!!

So I went to fletcher after going to east gate dodge and tom o Brian dodge. Thats cause I didnt know fletcher exsisted. I met jake. We joked around that he was jake with State Farm he was glad to joke. I exsplained id be closing on a house and was just looking he did just that. He let me look comfortably without pushing sales. I left wth a decent idea of what I wanted. I came back two weeks later at last minute before closing. He knew I was on the way and he had my truck picked out and ready to what I wanted and needed. I test drove it and came back. He was smiling from ear to ear just like myself. We then talked numbers. The previous dodge placed wouldnt come down off sticker price at all. Fletcher had discounts and rebates that knocked a good amount off and they accepted my friends and family no problem. They also gave me a amazing trade value on my Chevy. Making this truck buying process painless, quick and stupid easy. Everyone was happy to help. My bank was closed so they even let me bring my down payment the next day. They went above and beyond to make my RAM truck dream my reality. Thanks jake and thanks fletcher. Im a lifelong member and buyer now.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I brought my Jeep in for service to replace the transfer case switch after it faulted out. First of all it took two weeks for them to fit me in on an appointment. After I dropped my Jeep off, the service guy called me four hours later to inform me that the Powertrain warranty would not cover the service. I told them to continue with the service and I would be in later to discuss the warranty. When I arrived, no one in the Service bay even acknowledged my presence so I walked directly into the cashiers office and asked who I can talk to about why the service isnt covered under warranty. The cashier looked up the service tag and could only say that its not covered because the computer says its not covered. I asked to speak to someone who is more competent so he go the service manager. All the service manager could say is that they dont write warranties, they only honor them. He could not tell me why a part that controls the powertrain is not covered by the powertrain warranty. The service department is incompetent and I will NOT bring by Jeep here ever again.

I have been a happy Jeep owner for 8 years and was ready for a different - newer- Jeep (Grand Cherokee). I did my research online and had emailed with Brad Joiner about a Jeep they had available. I had several vehicles lined up to go see (all silver because that is what I wanted). My first stop was Fletchers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. From the minute I walked in the door, I had wonderful assistance with my inquiries about this Jeep. It was a rainy day so my salesman, Michael Lukich, said he would go get the Jeep and drive it up to the door for me. I took it for a test drive and liked it very much.Michael and I worked through the deal of my trade and came to a joint agreement on it. Everything was handled so professional and kind. After arriving at the agreement, he took me to the other building and we finalized the paperwork and payment. From start to finish everything went great. There is no nonsense and no hassle with anything involved with this dealership and team. Hands down, I would highly recommend this dealership and these fine salesman/ and whole Fletcher team in Franklin, Indiana.

Awesome staff cant say enough about how polite and helpful the team is .They have worked so hard to get us financed .09-05-2017 we have had our 2017 jeep Cherokee serviced here since we purchased it a couple months back in June and love the staff , mark offers impeccable service to all his clients when there vehicle is being serviced . Heath in the service department has also been there every step of the way and I just cannot thank both u guys enough for trying to resolve the malfunction going on with my computer or engine . I love the jeep sooo much and it has always Been a dream car for me .fletcher is certainly the place to go if you are in the market for a new or used car, u cant go wrong here they offer a great atmosphere and a very friendly and inviting staff . My jeep unfortunately has been out of service for over ten days and it has just really been a upsetting experience, however they have been so nice and keept me updated and on the road the entire time . Poor customer service! They low balled me on my truck for trade and over inflated the truck I wanted to buy. The sales man showed me some sights to justify his numbers none of which showed the nada values. Against my better judgement I decided to go ahead and go for the finance and see how it played out. After no one got in touch with me I called them. I was told I would be called back that never happened. Called again several hours later to find out they they decided not to submit my application because they new the bank wouldnt loan that much on the truck that they stated was worth that much? Then didnt decide to yell me............. I will not be back. Im a local born and raised I knew better than to go.......... there reputation stands
