I purchased a car from these people about 5 months ago the temp tag went out April 1 and still havent received a title when I call they are very rude and say its not there problem it must be lost in the mail have talked to the postal service they have no record of it being sent this people dont know where its at and have never sent it do not purchase anything from them they will rip you off the worst people I have ever done business with!!!!! I am warning you do not make the same mistake we did... edit more info we have found out we have found out the car is from a auction after I directly asked the guy if it was and he said no the biggest lier every the car we purchased has had 2 blow outs ac and radio has stopped working drive shafts has broke and the spare Tire wasnt even the right bolt pattern

Shelley Auto is wonderful! My son is driving up north today from Florida and his drivers side window fell into the door. He went over to Shelley Auto and they helped him right away and got the window up and secured so he could continue his drive. AND when he asked the charge, they said no charge and were very friendly and supportive to help him get safely back on the road. THANK YOU!!! THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE WITH A "CLEAN" TITLE AND AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE CAR YOU FIND OUT THAT THE TITLE IS AN "R" TITLE AND THEY SAY THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
