Had a dead Interstate battery in my truck. Tried jumping it then put a trickle charge on it but tested as a bad battery that needed replaced. I called Interstates (800) number and was told by the customer services rep i could take it to any Interstate battery dealer for a free replacement since it was 18 months old and had a 6 year warranty on it. I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care since they were open on Sunday. I told the women behind the counter about the battery and how i talked to Interstate and informed her i didnt purchase the battery from them but since they were a dealer it didnt matter where i purchased it. She told me " I have never done it that way before"? I asked if she could ask a manager she said no one was available and stated again she couldnt help since "she has never done that before"???? Really?? So because they dont know how to do their job im stuck with a dead truck until Monday where i can take it to a PROFESSIONAL Interstate dealer not this Firestone Complete Auto Care who has rude customer service skills! Do not go here unlesd you want incompetence people helping you.

This store would rip you off. Adam "the manager" is a con man. My wife took her car there for repairs while I was out of town, they double charged her. They sold her used parts for dealership prices. The actual work cost $600.00 they charger her $1200.00. I disputed the charges with the credit card I used and they immediately saw the ripoff and sent me to the district Manager. I ended up paying what the actual work cost $600.00. Be careful with this manager "ADAM". When I first contacted them about the cost they were charging they told me to get a Lawyer " well I did" and got my money back. BE CAREFUL WITH ADAM.

Had an appointment for 11an got there a half hour early, they told us 1 hour, that was fine. We called an hour later they s said another half hour, so we went up there after waiting another half hour, we were told they cant switch our tires on the truck, meanwhile the employees were more interested in what they were watching on their phones. Would not recommend this place even to people I dont like, wasted half my day for nothing and watching them play on the phones

Dropped my vehicle off on Friday, had an appointment for noon on Saturday, and told them I would pick it up on Sunday afternoon. I didnt get any calls, showed up Sunday at 2 to find out my vehicle wasnt even touched. This is not the first issue with this place but it is the last.

I took my wifes car for a inspection. The head guy were very knowledgeable and has been in the business for 35 years. The inspection cost only $10 and was $400 cheaper then the estimate my wife got from Zolman. We will certainly be going back.

Oil change
