Paid to have work done on my car got told they also needed to repair my spark plug cables also after some back and forth between myself and the woman over the phone we work something out and I pay to have the cables put on fast forward to the next day and the car shudders like it is going to fall apart turns out they forgot to put those all important cables on at all! They at least fixed after I had to drive back there. *Edit to the review* got a call back from a employee named christine after they saw my bad review. Not really a lot to discuss with you people after I paid you to do something and you just didnt do it but sure didnt forget to charge. Lets not forget that my wife took the car out and drove it luckily not doing anymore damage to the car or a accident happening. Wife called and said the car was acting badly called Lee Myles after being on hold for a bit christine was back on the phone telling me oops even though I told them to put the new cables they just didnt do and we meant to tell you its just we decided to wait until you called us right before closing and now we suddenly remember and we sure could do something about it tomorrow. After some more back and forth of me explaining I travel for work and would really need the car they agree to let me bring it in to fix their mistake.However one key problem to this is I have a bad back and the shaking and juddering sent spasms of pain up and down my spine to the point I was worried I couldnt drive the car even there not to mention drive it home. So no I dont want a "Oh we are sorry" I just wish you knew the amount of pain I had to endure just to fix the mistake you made how it feels to be in terrible pain and be unable to do anything about because soon you are going to drive and I cant take any meds for it and you just have to sit there and endure it and endure it. If you could really understand that maybe I would change my opinion about this place

On our drive home to Canada from TX on Easter weekend 2017, we lost power from engine in our RV on Interstate and had to pull off in Bowling Green, Kentucky. CAA/AAA sent wrong tow truck, & wasn’t very helpful finding us a repair service. We thought it might be our transmission, so when we passed Lee Myles, we pulled in. They were open on Good Friday and busy, but checked us out quickly, took RV for test drive, did diagnostics & determined it wasn’t the tranny, but something clogging exhaust system, which seemed to have “blown out” by itself during test drive. They were willing to do a more thorough check of fuel system, but gave us the choice to save time and money if we wanted to try hitting the road and maybe the problem was solved. We felt they were very knowledgeable, so we took their advice and decided to continue our trip. When we asked Danny what the cost was for the time, diagnostic, test drive and unscheduled assistance, he answered that we didn’t owe anything! We even double-checked with the receptionist, who had also been very friendly and reassuring to us, and who also refused to accept any payment, and then promptly continued helping others who had been there before us. We were very impressed by the hospitality shown to strangers/seniors just passing through, and by the staff’s expertise and honesty. We had no further car trouble on the trip, and felt we had to write a good review for what they’d done for us. So we highly recommend Lee Myles Transmission of Bowling Green, KY for any services they can provide to motorists. Thank you, and live long and prosper! -- Couple from Canada

The guys and gals at Lee Myles are amazing! We bought a Saturn Outlook that had some issues right away, we took it there and got a quick honest estimate. (I shopped around a bit) I was never pressured, or felt like i was being up-sold. Jeremy at the counter was very knowledgeable and broke things down for me to easily understand. The owner (Lance) came out and talked to me when i stopped by to see how things were going, he was a very nice guy and I felt really cared for that he took the time out to speak to me. Made an appointment online and was promptly called back to discuss appointment times. Ended up dropping my car off before they were open (left my key in the drop box). There was a little confusion about which car was mine when the appointment was made, but this was resolved professionally and in an extremely courteous manner. The issue ended up being a rotor and brake pad issue. They explained to me what causes these issues and were very knowledgeable. They were able to explain the issue in terms I would understand (I know nearly nothing about cars). Got everything taken care of at a pretty decent price. Big fan of the 10% AAA discount, too.

Excellent service. Was in Bowling Green from out of town for an event at Beech Bend. Rear differential started chattering and binding. They were able to get the car in quickly and replaced the fluid and limited slip additive. They were friendly and great to work with. Rear diff was quiet and smooth rest of the weekend and during the 900 mile drive home.

Lee Myles went above and beyond when they serviced my vehicle. They could have sold me an expensive part and charged me for a repair that I did not need, but Chuck was honest and said they could fix it easily without a new part being needed. I cant say enough about Lee Myles treating me like I was a priority customer and being honest and fair!

Great service! They were quick and reasonably priced. They even offer discounts to WKU students. Chuck also suggested that I come back in a few weeks for a 2 minute check up to make sure Im not having anymore problems. I would recommend Lee Myles to anyone who is having car trouble.

I hit some road debris and busted my oil pan on a recent trip. The staff at Lee Miles were extremely helpful and curtiious. They helped make a bad day much easier. They made the repairs as soon as they could get the parts. Highly recommend!
