Everyone with whom I dealt at Betten Honda was competent, professional, and knowledgeable. I first met with Caitlin Otsby. She and the other staff, Tim Bush, Joe Grimm, & Adam Hopma, were all very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The professionalism of the entire staff was evident. I dont know the names of the lot persons or the person who prepared the Honda Civic for delivery, but they also did an excellent job executing their responsibilities. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership; first under Tom Miller, then Betten Honda. I prefer Betten. I did get the distinct impression that being a Betten Honda customer provided value in and of itself. Love my ten year extended warranty. I really wish I would have known about this place sooner. I have started taking my Acura to Betten Honda last year and every time Ive been there, they treated me with respect and were upfront and honest about the repairs to my vehicle. They didnt try to sell or push unnecessary services and they went above and beyond to help me out a number of times. For example, I thought I needed a new CV axle since it had a small tear in the boot, but they were able to just put a clamp onto it since it wasnt too bad off. The best part -- they did it for no charge. Ill only be taking our Honda/Acura cars here from now on, even though its almost 40 minutes away from where I live. Its well worth the longer trip to get the job done right the first time, which is more than I can say for other mechanics/dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

Every time Ive gone here whether its just for an oil change or for repairs, these guys have been fantastic! I never feel like theyre talking down to me or trying to take advantage of me because Im a female. They explain everything to me in an easy to understand manner without insulting my intelligence and they never try to pressure me into getting anything done, but they do let me know what will need to have maintenance work in the near future and how much itll cost. I just had an oil change and tire rotation and while I was there, Len also offered to do the free battery and alignment check for me, letting me know how everything was looking and what needed some tuning up without trying to pressure me into spending hundreds of dollars on the spot. I love my Honda and I love the Betten Honda crew!

I have used Betten Auto Service for several years. I have found them to be courteous, fair, and prompt in providing service for our two Hondas vehicles. Julie, the Assistant Service Manager, has been gone out of her way to see that thing are done right and in a timely manner. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. In addition I asked them to see if a low hum noise could be identified. A new clamp on the exhaust system was installed and I was sent on my way. The waiting room in clean and has “good” coffee. I have even purchased my tires there as I found them to be as inexpensive as the discount tire stores which makes it convenient to have my tires rotated when having my oil changed. I have found Betten Honda a friendly and easy dealership to work with. Dale Schuitema

good, it always is. i love that you wash my car after you work on it. you guys are the only one that i would ever let work on my car. i am a little upset about the deal on my almost new honda. it was a shame we lost the deal over a swap of tires. thats o.k. i bought a nissan. i love my element, it is the second one i bought from you guys. thanks see you on next scheduled service. Again I so pleased with betten honda. I know take my nissan cube there and am very pleased. I just had tires on it for winter, price was a little bit more but they moditor my tires as I bring it in for my oil change so no more making a second appointment to bring it in to another business to have tires rotated. These guys try to please. 5 stars from me. thanks for all your work.

I went in on Saturday and looked around having an idea in mind of what I was looking for in my next car. A salesman showed me around and pointed me in the direction of a Honda Fit. I sat in the car and could tell that it felt right. I told the salesman that I wanted to keep my options open was only there to look and then I left. On Sunday my husband and I stopped and I showed him the car that the salesman showed me and he liked how it looked. On Monday I stopped into take it for a test drive and I was sold. I bought it that day. The salespeople were very friendly and answered any questions I might have had. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you, Matt Daniels and the Betten Honda Family.

Ive purchased many cars in the past and this experience by far surpasses them all. Tony was patient and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They accommodated and exceeded all my needs. They spray and pour that Fabulouso purple drank stench stuff on everything there to cover up the stench of the sleazy sales people. The graffiti in the bathroom the likes of "Betten Baker Sucks" is real easy to decipher after peeling back the masking tape over it while taking a leak.Its very easy to enter a name in the google search field. The results are betten, oops I mean better, and more comical than the latest issue of the National Enquirer. Very W. Michigan religious too. Count your fingers after shaking anyones hand there. Very ugly people.....and God Dont Like Ugly ya know.

We were in town visiting. The day we were planning to leave my 2012 Odyssey started with every engine light wanting coming on. We immediately drove straight to the Honda dealership. Avery was so kind and helpful on getting it looked at immediately. Within 30 minutes the master mechanic looked at it, diagnostics complete and the temporary fix to get us back to North Carolina. They also provided us all the paperwork and information needed for us to get the permanent fix once I return home. Thank you for the excellent service and support! Its a great operation!!!

My husband and I brought our Honda CRV to another local business prior to bringing it to the Betten Honda dealership to have the AC system repaired because we thought the dealer would be way too expensive. After we had many issues with the other business, we decided to call the Honda dealer. Julie was incredibly helpful, as was the mechanic who worked on our car. They worked with us in so many ways, and the cost actually ended up being significantly less than the first place we brought it to. It was probably the best car repair experience we have ever had!
