Horrible. I should have known. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil Change and tire rotation on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Showed up at 4:00 and apparently the person who "scheduled" the appointment, didnt. They had me in the system for a rotation and oil change, but no appointment. They were backed up so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Should have just taken the clue and went somewhere else. The following Sunday I noticed I had lost significant tire pressure. Found a screw in my tire. Michaels was open. I went in and asked them to plug my tire. They said it would be approximately $26. I was ok with that. But then they came back out and said due to the location of the screw, they could not plug it, they had to replace the entire tire. The cheapest tire was $73. I was on the phone with my dad. He asked if the screw was in the sidewall of my tire, I said no, its in the tread. He told me to tell them to stop working on my car and leave. They were taking advantage of me. When I indicated that I would be taking it somewhere else to get it plugged, they said, "oh, it CAN be plugged, but corporate wont allow us"?????? What happened to the first lie? "due to the location of the screw", which as it turns out, the location of the "screw" was in the lobby of Michaels Tires!! DO NOT GO TO MICHAELS TIRES PLUS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO GET SCREWED.

We were traveling and Michels was fabulous! We first stopped at Scott Nalls which after trying to literally double the price on the same tire and then deciding (when we were leaving to go to Michels for the same tire at half their price) they decided they needed to charge us for putting on the spare. Go to Michels.. Honest/decent wins every time for me! Fast also!

Bought tires... They literally FELL apart 2 months later.... Caused several wheel problems, all which I had to end up replacing with NO assistance from Michael Tires. I took it there nearly 12 times, they kept the car overnight and never found or fixed the problem. They ended up breaking the brake line and charged me to fix it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We broke down on the way to Mammoth Cave, Tire plus went beyond the call of duty to diagnose our problem. Their manager kept in touch with us through out the weekend and their tech recommended a muffler shop to replace the catalytic converter. Many thanks to an outstanding organization.

All I needed was my back break and oil change 156, they said I needed new everything and quoted me 900 bucks. I took took my wheel off did it my self for 15 bucks they didnt take my breaks off nothing. They looked at it and assumed. They lied to me and Ill never go back.

Crappy customer service. I called in yesterday the person who answered was very unprofessional put me on hold to make an appointment and no one answered after 4 minutes. Loud rap music playing while hes talking to me. About 6:18pm Monday 3/28/16
