We searched for months to find the right used vehicle at the right price, and found it at Verhage. We traveled from Illinois, where we live, and as such needed all paperwork in order before our arrival. Our sales rep, Ross, made sure that was the case, and was courteous and professional. After we got home, I noticed a small problem, and called them back. As we live hours away, it was inconvenient for me to bring the car to their service center. I ordered the part I needed, and Ross sent me a check for the full amount. The car runs well, and cost us well under what we would have paid elsewhere. You can call me a happy customer! Quick and thorough. Not that we planned to have our jeep towed but we decided to take it here when stranded on the road when heading to Saugatauk. They diagnosed the problem on Monday and ordered parts, parts arrived Tuesday and were put in. Tests completed and car was ready to pick up on Wed.
