I had a horrible experience with Two men and a truck. I called them up told them my situation, gave dimensions (it was a big refrigerator). They said they could do it and setup a day. It was suppose to be in the morning, well around 12pm I called them and they said they had to move the appointment back to around 2pm (thanks for notifying me). They get here in a truck/van that would clearly not be able fit the refrigerator (the whole time the employee from two men and a truck was complaining that he was called back into work to do this delivery). He calls up his boss and after a few minutes said sorry we cannot do this. I said I gave you all the dimensions! Why didnt you say you couldnt do it on the phone! That is just poor customer service, will never use again.

They charge starting when they leave their building, not when they arrive to the moving site. Movers were not prepared. They were very inefficent when moving items. Could have done the job about 20% faster. The crew they sent argued about how to maneuver items. One of them seemed to completely not know what they were doing. Some items were damaged. E-mailed photos of damage to office and they never responded. They automatically charged our card without discussing damage. Terrible service. Do not use!!! You have been warned.

Very disappointed with this company, one of the driver from TWO MEN HIT my brothers car and lied to him. Its been a week now and no one want to follow up.This company doesnt want to take the responsibility. TWO MEN is a such big company that I am very surprised the way that they treat people who are NOT their customers. Be mindful when you see their truck while you are driving on the street ！

Oh my gosh!!!!!! They canceled my move because I had open top boxes (which no one told me I couldnt have) and there was mouse poop and bugs in the basement. Very little mouse poop and bugs. What a bunch of pansies. And they took pictures of it. Didnt ask for permission, didnt say they were going to. Oh and they kept my deposit. This place is a rip off beware!!!!!!!
