A+ Moving and Storage went out of their way to make my move pleasurable. They were very friendly and courteous, and because it was a family I felt very comfortable having them in both my houses. They were very careful on both ends of the move - making sure they didnt soil the carpets or damage the new wood floors. They treated all my boxes and furniture with great care and everything arrived intact and undamaged. I had them pack some of my more precious and fragile items and they were extremely well packed. I was especially impressed with the fact that Joe went out of his way and took extra time to figure out how to get the truck to my house as the turn onto my street was nearly impossible to make with the large van. He thought creatively and outside the box and was able to complete the move without having to resort to offloading my stuff to a smaller truck. Thank you Joe!!!

They were hired to move 4 units of storage from Manchester to Knoxville for $3,500. They ended up being 45 minutes late, littered trash everywhere, and only delivered 2 of the 4 agreed upon units for the FULL CONTRACT PRICE simply because they couldnt load all of the units in one day. They will not work with you in any way. They expect payment for the full amount in the contract whether they perform all of the work or not. Not to mention all of their employees used bad language and were unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They worked hard and had a reasonable price, but, even tho they worked quickly, I wouldn`t choose them again, everything was great ,until I got home and started unpacking, they threw our stuff in boxes with clumps of paper on top, it was very disappointing.
