Fantastic Experience! Highly Recommended! We were listing our home and had to clear out some clutter to help it show better. This is the most affordable and convenient option to store our items in a safe/secure and climate controlled environment. The delivery was prompt and it gave us time to load the shell at our pace. We recently needed to get back into our unit to remove some items and it was easy to make an appointment and Steve Grimsley (the owner) was there and was kind enough to help us remove and reload some items. He definitely went above and beyond to help us! It is easy to get a hold of someone both on the phone and by email. Great customer service! Plus we are really glad we wont have to rent a truck to move the stuff into our new home and we trust that Steve will deliver it timely and safely.

Stay away from this company. Buyer beware!!! I called a week and a half in advance and reserved a unit. I was told they had availabilty and that Steve Grimsley would call to confirm several days in advance. The day of the move I called them when no unit showed up and was told they are booked and too bad!

I was searching for the most affordable and most convenient way to move and came across Zippy Shell. I loved the "pod" approach to moving but most companies were out of my budget. The Zippy Shell staff were friendly and helpful, and the quote to move was much better than any other company I researched.

We were between homes and were able to load up the shell at the old house and have it stored at the new house while it was being finished. Upon closing I was able to move our things into the new house at my own pace on my own schedule. Would recommend in an instant.

Loved every interaction with the local office was great. Every time I needed to access my stuff I was able to call them up and they even helped me rearrange my pod to add more. Cannot recommend them any more highly.

It is by far the best deal in town. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We rented two shells to help us move and would recommend it to anyone. It is way more convenient than getting a moving truck.
