Dear Mr. Scott McNelly, President and CEO - I need your help. Your company damaged 6 pieces of custom made furniture during our move on Oct 30, 2015. The specific piece of furniture I need your help with is our Parsons table. The Parsons table was scratched in several places during the move and when your company attempted to have it repaired it looks like a belt sander was used and now the entire table top is damaged. You shipped the table to the custom furniture maker in St. Louis where it was made to attempt to repair it and shipped through a freight company. The table arrived with 3 legs because one was ripped off during transit. It has been 5 mos and my custom Parsons table is damaged beyond repair and your employee is still giving us the run around. Please step in and get this matter resolved. I paid top dollar to have moving insurance and all I have is a 3 legged table, with a wavy gouged top sitting in St. Louis ( Im at Lake Martin) and your employee running me in circles. We came to you because of the reviews on this website; however, I am beginning to regret that decision. Will you please help us get our custom Mahogany Parsons table that seats 8 replaced since it has been destroyed on your watch. In addition, I am going to pay for all the other damage myself that your movers caused because I cannot have the rest of my custom made furniture gone for 5+ months and then have pieces of it ripped off while it is being repaired. The three quotes that I received from various movers were pretty much in the same price range. However, Marks kind and professional attitude as he carefully checked everything I needed to be moved swayed me to choose his firm. The packers (two of whom ended up being the movers, also) were so careful with my goods. I am not finished unpacking yet, but everything that I have unpacked up to this point was perfectly safe and unbroken. It is easy to see the care they took with each item, especially the ones I indicated were special to me! When they came to get my goods, they protected the house in the same way, being especially careful with some of my larger pieces, so as not to scratch the walls, etc. Finally, when they arrived in Florida with my goods, they were so wonderful about protecting my new home. They placed every item where I needed it to be, and each box in the correct room for me. The men were courteous, friendly, and professional. I wish I could have tipped them more! I have a physical disability and could not help them in any way while they were working. In fact, they insisted that I just sit and point! They have some fantastic people working for them!

Admiral Movers is not just a moving company, they are a community supporter. When Alabama was devastated by Tornadoes in April 2011 many of us were wondering how we could help. I got a team of REALTORS together in the Birmingham area and we started putting a plan together. One of the things we kept hearing people needed were containers or boxes to gather what belongs they could find. In November 2012, Admiral Records Management moved all of our companies records from a storage facility to their warehouse. They moved hundreds of boxes from 10 storage units to their warehouse in a very timely manner. They also shredded over 8,000 pounds of documents that were no longer needed. By doing this our company has and will save alot of money on a monthly basis. They were very courteous and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Kevin and his group did a fabulous job moving it all in a very timely manner. WOW! When someone requests a box we just send Admiral Records a fax and we have the option to pick the box up and/or they can deliver the same day. We look forward to our business with Admiral Records. Our situation required impeccable discretion, competence, knowledge and patience. Our Realtor told us about the secure relocation work your folks did and said we would be grateful. Well, as you know our complex clients required a slew of special arrangements. Arranging for transfer of the property for both homes on a weekend seemed to be an impossible request. Your service folks made everything look easy and we felt they were glad to be there and happy to take care of our every need. The inventory tracking process put us totally at ease. All of the high value items arrived on time and in perfect shape. One week of storage was no trouble for Lee, Robert and his crew. I had the pleasure of working with Admiral Movers when I was called to task to coordinate a move for a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Appx 15 individual offices, conference rooms and lobby. Records, computers, printers, artwork and furniture all had to be moved in one day. The move was flawless.
