I was angry with your company today. The guy stopped by at my old place few weeks for estimate. He looked around house and say it would be between $1,700 and $1,950 and would take 11.5 hours. So I got house earlier so I moved many box there. Also I moved stuff from basement to garage.Then I moved stuff from garage to front so it will reduce labor because an agent on phone who that take reservation told me that they may charge me more because I have long driveway. So they came in at 8:15 AM. Then they unloaded until 10:00 AM then leave old house. I told them I will be at new house in one hour. So I came to new house at Indiana at 11:00 AM. Then I waited for them to come back until about 1:30 PM. I called customer and ask them what happen. They said they go to office. Then they came here at 1:30 PM and say they were sorry for being late because they work someplace for about 2 hours after boss call them. Then they finished with moving at 3:15 PM. They still charged me at same price. They still charged me $1,955.00 for 6.5 hours work instead of 11.5 hours. I stayed here and waited for long time. It was waste money and time.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to Darrick, Miguel and Richy! We brought back a family piano from Canada in a U-Haul trailer but when we got home we found that it had tipped over in transit. This piano is HEAVY, like 800lbs heavy! We called Two Men and a Truck and not only were they able to come the same day but these guys were on time, very friendly and extremely hard working!! These guys were able to upright the piano, get it out of the trailer, onto a dolly, down the ramp into our garage and then, the very worst part, we had them wheel it across our front yard using 2 of their ramps, down a steep slope to the back yard while they kept the piano from tipping or sliding down the hill using one ramp then the other, then across the back to the slider and into our family room. This was no easy feat! Darrick, Miguel and Richy did an awesome job!! They were amazing and we could not have been more thankful!! Great guys, hard workers and very polite. We would highly recommend these fine young men for whatever you have to move!! Thank you again, guys!!

Everyone is so nice! The office workers made sure I was informed about all their services and that I was getting the help I needed even though all I needed to move was a fridge. The movers were super kind as well! I didnt have any tools since it was the last thing I needed to move out of the house and the guys were well prepared to help me with all of that and they were way more cautious with the fridge than I would have been or was concerned about. I will definitely be using them again when I make my next move. Thank you!

Hired to move a piano, ruined my exterior door then after that they asked me to sign a waiver as they may bump my wall. Not knowing about my exterior door and I could fix small bump or dents I signed the waiver. They put a hole the size of a cantaloupe in one wall and destroyed the corner bead on the other wall. Still charged me $150 to move the piano and cost me somewhere in the range of $700 to $900 in repairs. I understand things happen but this was dishonest and pure negligence!

Once again this company did not disappoint us. We have used them before and will certainly use them again when opportunity arises. They are polite and efficient workers. We watched them handle heavy furniture we would never attempt to move ourselves -- and they did it almost effortlessly. They work quickly but with care. Their goal is to get the job done, not see how much time they can add to the customers bill. We highly recommend this company if you are considering a move.

Very disappointed in "Two Men and a Truck". I hired these guys to move a piano for my wife. They over charged my card. They charge you for there drive to the job, then take a long detour around the block. All for over 2$ a min. All information they gave me was inaccurate, including when they would arrive, and how much they were going to charge my card. I did not even alow them to finish the job. Also they are difficult to get on the phone. Not sure how they stay open.

Simply amazing. Ron, Austin, and Joseph were phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. My office furniture all arrived in excellent condition and they were excellent about making sure that boxes and furniture went into the correct rooms. I was incredibly impressed by this crew. I seriously did not expect such a friendly and considerate group of movers. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! On time, quick, and professional. I will be using them again! The only thing I wish I was informed about prior to the move day, was that the hourly fee starts when they leave their office, and doesnt stop until they get back. It added up in the end and I payed more then I originally planned on. But I was still very happy with the service!
