I have had the worst experience with this company!!!! Never Ever use them!!!! They doubled the time they told me it would take and charged double of what I was quoted. All after being told what Items I had to move, how much I wished to spend and how many hours I had expected the move to be. The fact that their incompetent guys screwed around on my time smoking, using my restroom for 20 minutes and standing around yacking about politics, girls, past life experiences and there upbringings on my moving time. (I should not be required to babysit their employees while I am paying them to do a job) You can talk and work at the same time as well as keep it professional. Let me start by saying they did such a poor job packing the truck that there was not room for all of my belongings that were meant to go with the move. They forgot their gas card for the Truck so they said they would not be able to go back for the remaining items that needed to be moved. At least 90% of my very nice furniture was majorly damaged. You wouldnt believe it unless you actually saw all of the stuff. (I have pictures of every single item) I CAN NOT get over the lack of respect for other peoples belongings. I am still dumbfounded by the horrible experience of their lack of knowledge on moving items, not being prepared with tools to dissembled and reassemble furniture, disrespect of other peoples property and belongings and unprofessional-ism. I moved from a 5 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment. So, I had lots of items. The items that did not go with me to my new apartment went into storage. The movers stopped at storage unit first to unload items before going to my apartment 3 minutes away. I was unable to have anyone other than myself at the house and drop off points until late in the day when they had almost unloaded everything. So, as in any move with our without extra people at your house to direct or watch every move they make it is really really hard to see things as the move is taking place. One of the guys drug my grill from my back patio through my sliding glass door in through my kitchen. I had just opened the back gate for him to move it through outdoors. Dragging it through the kitchen on the floor scratched and damage the floor and broke a piece from the sliding glass door track. So, the new home owner now has damage to kitchen floor, wood stair rail, ripped up door casing where they shoved furniture through. As well as nicks in woodwork and drywall. These items all have to be repaired. I now have spent countless hours (and continue) inspecting each of my personal items as well as looking into repair quotes for the new homeowners damages and the damages that need to be repaired at my new place. I have not been able to settle into my new place due to the broken, ripped leather couch and furniture in disarray until a professional restoration company comes out to assess all of the damages and give me a professional quote. They also, damaged walls, woodwork, and scratched the 120 year old original refinished wood floors at my new current place. I only wish I could post all of the pictures for you to see. Since my experience with them... I spoke and learned of two other people that within this past two week span, have had very similar experiences to what I have. One of the people being my insurance agent. I just dont understand how a company can continue to do business and consciously know of the complaints and damages and not go out of their way to reach out to their customer and offer some remorse and accountability for what they have done. All they can say is submit a claim and it will take a few weeks and they will get back to you on what they may or may not pay for. I want and expect to have compensation for my items as they were in new condition without all of the damages done by your workers. There is more to this unbelievable moving experience. I just dont have the time or energy to keep reliving it in my mind and being reminded daily as I look at all my damaged items due to the idiots at Master Movers!

This is the worst move I have ever had. I called the day before to confirm the time they would be there. I was told 9-11 but more toward the 9. They showed up at 12:15.... I had everything pre boxed, only had to move a sectional (very large sectional), large dining table, two desk and a bedroom suite along with 20 or so boxes and that took them 3 hours apparently.....They showed up with the wrong size truck and told me that my sectional was not listed on the move and they couldnt take it. I called the office and confirmed that my sectional was listed. In the meantime while they were waiting on the office to call them back, the foreman sat outside for a significant amount of time telling me how the office screwed up and sent them to the wrong job first and that is why they were late. Then he told me I should reschedule my move due to the wrong size truck and that the office made a mistake and sent the wrong truck. The foreman was moving so slow and kept complaining about how he worked a 14 hour job the night before. They dropped a desk and lost all the contents out of the desk because they were laughing and playing around and didnt bother wrapping it to ensure the drawers wouldnt come out. I was informed when I set up the move that I wouldnt need to pack anything out of drawers because they would wrap it and that they would set up the bed upon delivery. after all their goofing off, they arrive at the destination and tell me they will have to charge me more money due to it taking longer than expected.... it wouldnt have taken that long had they not stopped to joke around, discuss the small truck and tell me that all they can do is reschedule. We had to ask them to set the bed back up and had to take what covers they did put over the TV and Mirror off for them.....Then they ask me to sign a paper saying no damages were done to my items when I havent even unpacked the stuff. How would I know??? To top it off I called the office and left several voicemails to return my call and I cant get anyone to return my call. If I call the schedule a move they just forward me to a voicemail despite asking to speak with a manager. I feel bad for the guy that was working with the foreman, at least he had it together and knew what he was doing.

DO NOT USE Master Movers. I can safely say and with 100% conviction state that Master Movers made my moving weekend one of the most stressful times of my life and I have moved seven times in the last 9 years. Everything starts off well in the sales department, or what they refer to as their acquisitions department. During conversations they give you an afternoon time frame of 1pm – 7pm and then clearly state several times that the company would contact you 24 hours prior to that time frame and give you a clearer estimate which is a 2 hour time frame (for example 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm). This DID NOT happen. I moved on Saturday and did not hear from them on Friday so I called Friday at 11:50 am, 5:22 pm and 5:46 pm. I then received a voicemail at 6:50 pm stating they would be here between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm which is what I already knew. I called right back and left a voicemail stating that someone needed to call me back to give me that better time frame that they ensured me I would be getting. That DID NOT happen. Saturday, the day of my move, I still hadn’t heard from them. I called at 1:19 pm and was told someone would call me back. At 4:14 pm I called again since I hadn’t received a phone call. They said again someone would call me back but that they were busy. I received a phone call after 6:00 pm stating that someone may come after 10:00 pm but they couldn’t guarantee that and that the movers may come out Sunday or Monday instead. At 10:00 pm we called again and they said someone may come out after 1:00 am or Sunday or Monday but they could NOT guarantee a time. This company clearly had no intention of assisting with my move even though I had placed a deposit down. In addition, what company allows movers to move after 10:00 pm or even worse, after 1:00 am. I’m not even going to go into the safety concerns and moving concerns associated with that. I never was given a manager’s contact information and still have not heard back from a manager with an apology that is owed to me; however, they did refund my deposit. BUYER BEWARE with Master Movers. DO NOT USE Master Movers.
