Horrible - the actual guys that did the labor of moving were great. Th man in the office was a jerk. gave ma the price and I agreed to pay additional for extra hour. Before they would unload I had to pay balance BUT the balance suddenly included an additional $255.00 and when questioned he could not answer and still refused to unload unless $250 was paid. So only way to get my furniture was to pay and then go to small claims court to get $250 back. NEVER USE THESE GUYS. I have moved since and used a different company and what a pleasure to deal with a professional and for less.money

Sat around all day waiting. Was suppose to be here late morning, early afternoon. Get a call at 6:45pm saying they cant come because of the weather. The weather has held them up all day. It hadnt started snowing until 4:30ish.
