Ive been waiting long enough to leave a review, not counting the 10 mins I waited before writing the review. Upon pick up, I had to hunt down an employee to even get service. Then while showing me storage, another customer comes. The lady stops handling me and rents the gentleman a truck. Ok, now back to me. They have my size truck but its not checked in. So I rent a larger truck just to avoid the hassle. It literally took over an hour to get a truck. Now Im returning the truck. They Rushed me to have truck by earlier than my 24 hr period just to come in and wait longer!! While the owner sips her Gatorade and takes a personal call. I will never use this location again. Ive used u haul many times over the years, Ive NEVER had this kind of experience!! I typically reserve online and am out the door within 5 or 10 mins. Highly disappointed and POOR POOR customer service!!

I was told this morning (1 day before I need to load up a rental truck and auto trailer for my one-way move across the country) that my auto trailer was not available at the location I requested and that the closest location with an auto trailer is Brownsburg (30 min in the wrong direction). I made this reservation with U-Haul over a week ago, you guys can do better than this. Luckily I made another reservation for the same equipment with a different company, who I will be going with. Lesson learned: always make at least a couple reservations with different moving truck companies if preparing for a big move with a non-flexible timeline.

I went in for my hitch installation appointment only to find out that just 20 minutes before my appointment this uhaul location had transferred my installation to castleton. I was never notified of the change. I only found out when I walked in and the guy at the front desk did not know anything about my reservation. He was very rude and simply said he could not help me because he was the only one working at the store. The manager was not there so there was no one else I could speak to. I found it to be extremely unprofessional of them to switch my installation reservation at the last minute without ever contacting me about it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! USE PENSKE OR ANY OTHER LOCATION! This location put my family and I in danger multiple times due to a faulty piece of equipment. When I filed a complaint they said they did not believe the vehicle was actually faulty (I have cell phone pictures as proof). I continued to pursue my complaint and even received a call from a VP who assured me I would hear back from them. Go figure, this depravedly indifferent company never got back to me. They value a quick buck over their patrons safety. DO NOT USE UHAUL!

We left prescription glass in the cab of the truck we rented and they were not helpful at all!! The only phone number is to a call center that has no idea whats going on at the individual stores. Renting the truck online seemed easy at first.. until we went to the location to pick it up. There we were told that we couldnt have it as long as we needed it because someone else had the truck reserved in the morning. What a joke! How about dont rent the same truck to two different people!

I would give them a 1 star, but the initial service was o.k. The problem was that they charged me for a "part" of some sort that I did not buy. I contacted them via phone and it only went to a call center (multiple times). The call center said they would try to resolve it and contacted the local store... still no resolution. Essentially, they stole money from me by charging me for a part I didnt buy!

They called me on the way to pickup my 3 day in advance reservation and changed the location on me to a facility more than 15 miles away when they called me the night before and assured me that it would be there. Then, they were unwillingly to give me the $50 discount that they guarantee. You cannot expect me to change my plans last minute like that. Terrible, will never do business with U-Haul again.

Awful costumer service. The representatives are always rude, unwilling to help, indifferent to the service they provide. We are currently leasing a storage unit at this location; since day one, it has been an unpleasant experience. Asked to speak to a manager 20 mins ago over the phone. Still awaiting a call back. Will update review.

Worked with Casey to get a 1-way truck to Michigan. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and in the end she beat the best price (with discount) that I could find anywhere else. Quick and friendly service - no hassle. Definitely didnt wait 20 minutes like the other reviewer, and definitely will use them the next time I need a truck.

Lady on the phone had terrible customer service. Getting attitudes because i didnt want to reserve the truck, when i just called to get a quote in the first place. Then she didnt even know most the information I needed because she was so worried about getting my credit card info to reserve. Just really pathetic.

Lost my business because it took 20 minutes for them to answer the phone, then when I did finally get through, the guy on the line couldnt answer any of my questions such as; are there elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors? What kind of security is on the premises?

Needed to fill three propane tanks. Came in and waited for a hour while the staffed helped people that were renting vehicles. Dont come here to fill propane unless you want to be treated like your business does not matter.

I had outstanding customer service from Thomas Witczak! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will not go anywhere else when I need to rent something from U Haul. I would highly recommend this place!
