These guys are the worst of dealerships. Bought a new Tundra from Toyota last year and every time I bring it in for regular maintenance, I feel like Im dealing with the BMV. They can never seem to find records or the Platinum service package that I paid several thousand $ for. Funny, they didnt have a problem finding it when I bough the truck. Decided to trade the truck in and these guys were "polite" enough to offer $15,000 below what I paid brand new less than a year ago. Understandably, I expected a lower offer because it was last years model, normal depreciation, and I bought brand new, but $15,000 less?!!! They had every excuse why Kelly Blue Book Value trade in value is not accurate from "we only use Blackbook pricing" to "we cant make money at KBB trade in value". So here is my recommendation: BUY USED. Ive owned both the Tundra and the Tacoma and they are outstanding trucks. Ive owned both used and new and never had a problem with either. The only difference is that YOU WILL LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUYING FROM THESE GUYS. I would recommend either of these trucks to someone, but please save yourself that gut wrenching felling of losing your shirt in a deal with these crooks. Find someone selling their truck and buy that one, even if you have to drive an hour to see it. You will still get a great vehicle with a solid resale value at a great price. you wont regret it.

Not a very good experience, the used car prices are much higher than market value and provide trade in value much lower than market value. Went for appraisal for my Highlander(to sell and not tradein) and got 17,000$. I Sold to Autonation for 18,500$. Selling/Tradein Prices in Indiana are said to be more as compared to Illinois.Still managed to get 1500$ more in Chicago. Also they have a "Know All" attitude. They can let go prospective customers.Worst part is they can ask customer " you can go and sell your vehicle to the dealer who can provide a better amount" Im not worried about the offer as the price differs from dealer to dealer and some dealers quote less, but wanted to convey that they can treat the customers in a slightly better way. I always trusted Toyota Cars, had a Camry, RAV 4, Highlander and now own a Corolla.

ZERO RATING (1 star because it didnt let me post the review)!! Geoff Patrick was the dealer. Date (26th, 27th and 29th of September 2014) Firstly, if the dealer doesnt want to agree upon a deal, he has to say no, this is not possible. He agreed upon the lease for a car(Camry 2014) for $300 pm and down of $500 for 15,000 miles. He made us roam around the showroom a number of times by texting us offers. We had all the documents presented to the dealer. Once finalized, he started arguing that he agreed upon 12,000 miles and he asked us to pay more. We just came out of the showroom. In addition, he was so rude. He asked us to do the math which he himself doesnt remember. He cant even respect women. He had hit the panic button when my friend wanted to take her documents inside the car. Hope he gets well soon!! - Amen

Was in for an oil change, and did not realize that you just pull up to the garage, and the doors open automatically. They can service you without ever stepping "outside"... nice feature in the Indiana winters. Anyhow, they were really cool, took GREAT care of the car (even though I bought it before they opened at another dealership in another city). Found uneven wear on the tires and recommended rotating tires. Nice. Anyhow, they did an awesome job, were really friendly, and were quick about it. All for as much as I would have paid for just an oil change at any other place... Good guys.

Geoff Patrick me me buy one to a car I didnt get then was very rude about it after his boss...." the manager" got caught by my boyfriend lying!! Geoff told me and Tim 5%!! It wound up being 12.9%. Manager said he cant control his sales people. What?? Needless to say I wanted to do car for a long time but today has made me change my mind I dont think I ever want a new vehicle. Geoff said before we left now you have new insurance on a vehicle you dont have; Enjoy!! I dont feel I deserved that!!!

I recently purchased a used car from this dealer has it had really good interest rates and a good salesman, they made a huge mistake by not telling me that Indiana gives you a tax credit for trade ins but my home state of Ohio doesnt. It lead to a $800 mess which I feel is not totally my fault and they wouldnt even meet me half way with the cost. I really was surprised and shocked as they were super nice before they got their money and now dont want to help. Two thumbs down for them.

I went to check if they had any certified pre-owned camries. They did not that wasnt the problem though. An old dealer over there was acting as though he was doing me some kind of favor welcoming me in there. I asked him about the new camries and what are the new features in it, and instead of telling me that he said we have car manuals kept in the table you will find the information in it. I mean what kind of attitude is this. Worse Toyota dealership I have ever set my foot in.

My experience was horrible. I took my used car in for a check engine light. I was told it needed over $2,400.00 worth of repairs to fix the exhaust problem. A local muffler shop was able to fix the same problem for $364.05. Nick treated me like I was a complete idiot and assumed I didnt know anything about cars. Fortunately for my pocketbook, I knew I was being shafted. Take your used car elsewhere for service.

Traded a car in on the cash for clunkers program and bought a new Camry. Even though it was very busy the sales staff took their time and made me feel welcome. The service department was reasonably priced for the accessories they installed on my vehicle and were very friendly. Looking foward to future service.
