I would have to say that this Firestone dealer is one of the best places.... that you should put on your avoid list. Ive had four separate problems with this Firestone location. First problem is that they wouldnt honor their Road Hazard warranty for when I was run off the road, I guess I shouldve just hit the driver.... maybe then I wouldve at least gotten a new tire out of it. Second problem was when I had tires put onto a car, I had and 02 sensor go bad, maybe this was just a fluke, but I hadnt had any check engine light come on until I had my tires put on. (I had owned this car for over a year without a check engine light coming own, both on short distance and long distance driving). Third problem was a fairly simple one, I had the weights fly off my wheels while going down the road. If you put them on correctly this shouldnt happen, plain and simple. Ive personally put them on an entire set of rims and they stuck on like champs. My fourth problem was either very poor stock or their not wanting to honor their own quote to me. I went into the Firestone location with a "employee" type pricing coupon that got my quote down to about 350$ for four tires fully installed with road hazard. After 3 weeks I see that they still dont have my tires in (your quotes are only valid for 30 days, and the coupon was getting close to not being valid now as well). I would HIGHLY suggest against this Firestone unless youre willing to buy JUST the tires from them and have them installed else where. I would suggest Walmart over this Firestone location if that sums up my point. So after 3 weeks of not getting my tires I simply went on Amazon and ordered 4 new tires (of actual better quality than their Firestone WideOval AS tires and received them in 3 days later. Save yourself time and possibly money depending on what they do to your car, and go somewhere else like Maggart Tire, Freeman Tire or Walmart.

Very Unhappy!!! My son who attends college at TTU had his Land Rover stop running a few weeks ago. I traveled over 80 miles from home, diagnosed the problem, and ordered a starter. After receiving the starter I realized I needed a lift to replace it. I called Firestone explained in detail exactly what I wanted them to do for me , replace the starter with my part, would they do that? I stated I wasnt asking for any type of guarantee. The lady who answered the phone had me to hold on while she got approval from the manager to do this. She returned and said they agreed to put my part on and quoted me a price $200 so I said great do it. Today my son picked up the vehicle and they charged me for diagnostics extra $50, not a big deal but... The gentleman working the counter berated our son and told him that the person that quoted me the price to change starter had been fired because of him. He ranted and raved in front of all customers and stated "They dont replace new parts that they cant charge you for". Then telling him he would be lucky to get three miles down the road without breaking down because of our part. Our Part was brand new OEM from Land Rover, really.... The Manager approved the service and quoted me a price before having vehicle towed.

Back in February or March ( I cant remember which) we went to Firestone. That was the first and the LAST time we will EVER go there. I would recommend ANYBODY but them! First it took FOUR HOURS for them to put new tires on our truck. (We had our 4 year old with us at the time. Can you imagine keeping a 4 year old occupied that long in that place?) Thats all we were there for but while they were doing that for some reason and WITHOUT our permission they got under the hood and started F***ing around. It wasnt until 2 months later that we started having problems with our truck. We took it to our regular mechanic and he told us they had put our belt on backwards! That had apparently started a chain reaction and in the end I had to pay near $500 to get MOST everything fixed that THEY screwed up. And now on top of them screwing up my truck their credit card bill (which never has the monthly price on it that we were told we would be paying) has a late fee because THEIR bank didnt process our payment on time though we had sent it in (online) a week prior. How the hell does that happen? Screw their credit card, screw their tires, screw their crappy mechanics, and screw FIRESTONE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LOUSY CHEATS AND BAD MECHANICS

I was traveling from Greenville SC back home to Clarksville TN when I got a flat tire about an hour east of this Firestone location. I got my spare on, but still had 180 miles to go before home and didnt want to drive all that way on a spare. I knew I couldnt make it to this Firestone for a new tire by their closing time, so I called and asked if they could please stay open a bit late for me. Steven the manager agreed. I arrived 25 minutes past closing. Crystal at the front desk and the gentlemen who put on my new tires were both great, even having been at work for a long full day. (I say "tires" because Crystal saw that my two front tires had just come under recall, so they were both replaced.) I so appreciate their great attitude, quick service, and getting me safely back on the road!!

Many thanks to Jamie, store manager, and to all the staff who helped me get back on the road a few weeks ago. Excellent Customer Service! Friendly, pleasant crew and they go the extra mile for the customer. They took me in on the spot even though it was close to the end of the day when I called. They were very busy yet they fit me in to fix the faulty starter that was installed at another location and still under warranty. I had my truck back by noon the next day. They made sure I got to and from the motel and was back on the road when I needed to be. Thank you!

I was passing through the Cookeville area (on vacation from South Carolina) when I started noticing tire vibration. The staff at the Firestone quickly accessed my account and worked me into a busy schedule to check the tires.....one was out of balance so I may have thrown a weight. The staff was friendly and not only corrected the balance but checked the rims and tires for any other problems. Thanks to them, it made the rest of the trip more enjoyable as well as easing my mind that I may have had more serious issues.
