my first experience was a free lift and diagnosis by Zach G. yes I said free !! I HAD A BAD OIL LEAK WHICH HE FOUND AND DIRECTED ME TO PARTS AT >>THILBY AUTO PARTS <<< UP THE STREET FOR PARTS......... MORE GOOD SERVICE FROM JACK AND DON I WAS SAVED FROM A EXPENSIVE REPAIR COST - LABOR BY........... NORTHERN AUTO BECAUSE THETY HAVE INTEGRITY AND AUTO SMARTS ! BY SHOWING ME HOW I MIGHT FIX MY SELF I COULD NOT AFFORD MECHANICS FEES SO I WAS DIRECTERD AS TO HOW TO FIX MY OIL PUMP FILTER ADAPTER THE COST COULD HAVE BEE FOR A NEW MOTOR BUT ZACK TOLD ME I MAY BE ABLE TO FIX MYY SELF ... AND YES I DID AND IT STOPED THE LEAK LIKEDY SPLIT ,,!! NOT A DROP I FIXED IT AND I HAVE BEEN BACK MORE THAN A FEW TIMES ALWAYS TREATED LIKE A BROTHER" THANKS ZACK AND NOTHERN AUTO FOR GREAT SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE BY THE WAY THREY SELL WELL REPAIRED JEEPS AND WELL SUITED CARS AND LIGHT TRUCKS FOR A FAIR PRICE , I WOULD GO THERE FPR A OIL CHANGE ,,,, OR A NEEW MOTOR , I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE THEM WORK ON MY FLEET OF 5 20 YEAR OLD FORDS FOR MY PERSONAL CARS AND FOR MY BUISINESS I RECCOMEND NORTHERN ! Bought a van there, they lied about the shape it was in. The front passenger tire locked up the day after I bought it and I got in a head on collision that ruined the front end. When my mechanic tried to fix it. He said there was alot wrong with it before the purchase and it wasnt fixable. My ex had bought a vehicle from them a year before that. It died a week after the purchase. We brought it back, they "fixed" it. The next day the axel fell off. Brought it back in they "fixed" it and we had it 2 days before the axel fell off again! No master mechanic they had a 16 year old boy doing the repairs. This kid was googling how to do things and no one checked his work. Finally we said we were done. A week later they sold it to someone else! Liars and cheats plus the owner was super rude!

This was the nearest tire store to the Platte River campground, where I found we had a leaky tire on our truck. We stopped in to get it patched, and ended up outside talking with the owner, a very nice lady that was interested in finding out where we were from, how long wed been in the area, etc. Turns out we had a nail in the sidewall, which could not be repaired reliably; however, as Id purchased the tires elsewhere and had a road hazard warranty, they plugged it as best they could, and sent us on our way with no charge!

Bought a vehical from these guys three weeks ago didnt haggle price was under the impression it was a good deal. Within the first week the truck almost killed me due to failing break lines. Took it to these vagrants and paid to have all breaklines replaced. Not a week after that wash rinse and repeat. Not a great place will take advantage not honest.

On vacation and had in issue with my truck Friday afternoon. Stopped in and they diagnosed it (speed sensor) asked if they had time to fix it and was told "your on vacation, we will make time" and it was done in a couple of hours. Best customer service I have ever received!!!! If I lived in the area, they would get all my business!

dont get your tires done here! they like to cross-thread your lug nuts onto the studs, so you cant get them off without snapping the studs off. It doesnt take long to thread them on with your hand and tighten with a torque wrench. very lazy and its costing me money.

They are nice and easy to work with .. if you are travelling remember you are a ways from anything so things might take a while to get there i.e. parts. Prices are very fair!
