Requested a water heater inspection. Guy shows up, and the next morning the house is cold and the thermostat isnt even turning on. We call the guy who inspected it, and he says, "it wasnt me, but if it was, it would have been a switch between the HVAC and water heather that got turned off by mistake." We checked, and yes, it was the switch. But obviously it wasnt the guy. The switch was just randomly turned off and the house could have frozen. We call C&K to let them know, and all they say is, "ok." Thanks, C&K.

Always very helpful and friendly service. We just had our A/C go out and a technician was at the house within a couple hours of our call. We have an older unit so the TSP program has been great for routine maintenance on our HVAC system. The techs are good at keeping you updated as they perform the work and are always very professional.
