A couple of weeks ago, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink in the pipes that ran from our garbage disposal to the wall. After we replaced the garbage disposal and after several days and nearly $70 is pipes and tinkering, I could not get the new pipes to mate up between the new disposal and the wall. It was the day before the Superbowl and our party we were having when I looked on here and found the reviews for Sims Plumbing. I made a call in the morning and the guy was out here later that same day. In the course of 20 minutes or so (and for about the same price I spent in parts trying to DIY) Sims Plumbing got my sink drain up and running. I wish I had called them from the start and will next time I have a plumbing issue.

A water shutoff valve was leaking on a Friday afternoon. When other companies couldnt be here until the following week (meaning no water for the weekend), Ken had the problem fixed within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very responsive and courteous. And he did fantastic work. Ken will be my first call for plumbing needs. I recommend him to anyone.
