Our wastewater drain was clogged to kids using more toilet paper than Godzilla would need. The sewerage backed up into our laundry room. I called at 8:30 at night and got an answer! The rep on the phone was cheerful, pleasant, and professional. The estimate we received was acceptable. We scheduled an appointment between 9 and 11 AM. Andrew arrived at 9:30 after giving a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. After inspecting the drain and LISTENING to how the problem was resolved 3 years ago, Andrew went straight to work. He was fast, courteous and CLEAN. he was in and out in under 90 minutes and before leaving ensured all sanitation drains were running. We chose Velocity after we found that the last company we used satisfactorily went out of business and we could not be more pleased we did. Their pricing was fair and was WAY under the maximum average for the service that I saw online. Velocity will be called again if we are in need of drain service. 5 Stars!
