If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and asked for pricing for a style (curls only, no pinning) and was told $15. Great, so I scheduled an appointment! I went in, got my hair ripped out while the "stylist" Kiaya was "curling" my hair, during the 45 minutes I was there, the "stylist" (I place the word in quotations, because she puts a bad name for real stylists) had TWO returned haircuts from the last week. When I was done, she charged me $35 (more than 2X the amount I was quoted when I called.) By the time I got home, a simple 15 minute drive, my hair was already flat. At this point, I had photos with my husband scheduled in an hour and had no time to drive back to have my hair fixed, properly for my photos. I had to "fix" the curling as best as I could. Upon calling to explain the situation, I was told I was mis-quoted the price and they would not refund my money, but they would offer me $15 in store credit. What a joke, as if Ill EVER go back there again. Do Not Recommend. Very disappointed in the service. My $35 would have been better spent at a true professional salon, or perhaps even the local School of Beauty.

Im not sure why I continue to go back here, I am always disappointed. Went again last weekend, on Saturday, a little after noon. Showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and explained how long I wanted my hair. And now my hair looks awful, and I cant wait for it to grow out so I can go get it cut how I wanted it in the first place. You get what you pay for I guess, I could have done a better job on my own. I will be spending the extra $$ to go to a high end salon from now on.
