I made an appointment to get my hair cut and colored. I arrived on time at 430 and a man helped me get seated with Rita. I said when I made my appointment I needed a color with 7 foils and a cut. I have shoulder length hair that is thick. The man questioned me about "anything I have done to my hair in the last 3 months" and didnt believe me when I told him I havent colored or cut it since January. They told me it would take 2 hours and I was there 3.5 hours. It took her 20 minutes to mix my color and she didnt start applying until 5:15. She didnt finish applying my color until 6:30. Then had to let it sit for another 15-20 minutes. After the 15 minute shampoo it was 7pm and Ive been here for 2.5 hours. It took another 35 minutes to cut my hair (1.5 inches off). She then half blow dried my hair for 10 minutes and didnt offer to style or anything. I ended up leaving at 8pm being over charged for "extra color" and a retouch when she ended up coloring my entire head. $120 later and 3.5 hours of my life. Ive been using Regis for 7 years and this is the first time at this salon and the worst experience Ive had. I wont be going back.

First let me start off by saying, I love the hair trim I received. Getting my hair colored was a totally different story. If I come in with a picture how how Id like my hair to look, if the stylist thinks it may not work or be right, then the stylist should say something. If the stylist actually knows that they are doing, they would talk through it with the client. But when all the stylist does is keep talking about her personal life and gets behind in time on my hair- thats a problem. She kept trying to "fix my hair" and it was hours and hours and when I left, she made an appt for me to "fix my hair some more" with her. I left crying and very upset. I wont go back to that salon or stylist ever. Im traumatized by how the whole appt went. I will not be going back there, ever!

Missy is a magician! I have been coming to her for over 20 years. No one can cut hair like she does. Its always perfect. Great shape, lays great. Foils are always exactly what I wanted with care and attention to match the colors to best blend. Aside from that, she is just fun to talk to! I moved to Oregon a few years ago and have not found anyone who can come close to her work, in fact I come back when Im in town to have her fix the messes created by others. My daughters love her too. Shes done hair for their proms and a wedding in addition to cuts. I highly recommended her!

When I book my appointment with Regis Salon , I didnt requested for any particular specialist to do my hair. They didnt gave a haircut I was looking for. The person worked with me totally restructured the existing layers too. He was talking about his own glory, his experience etc and he hardly listened to me. Finally I am charged more than I usually do. Asking about this, they replied the person who worked with me was a specialist and only two people in that salon has the specialists grade.

My experience has always been great customer service wise. Ive seen a few stylists here and really appreciate that they listen to what I want. Thats why I keep coming back! I wouldve given it 5 stars but the place itself is dated, but itll be great to see what their new location looks like!
