Got bad hair a week ago. It happens but what sucks is the way great clips has handled the situation. I tried going back in so they could fix. I checked in online, that said 25 minutes. I arrive 25 minutes later and was told it would be another 10. Ok so I wait and wait after 50 total minutes I ask how much longer? Was told five more minutes. At that point I send Great Clips an in app message then I left. Two days later a get the generic response saying the Otsego branch would contact me with a solution. Its been four more days and no contact. I was a customer at the Otsego location once a month and tip $5 every time. Now I am a Sports Clips customer. I have a Great Clips cash card with over $100 on it for sale.
