Diane and her staff of stylists are competent as well as consistent. Ive been to other places including other Great Clips in other cities - Im never satisfied with any of the other locations theyre not as good as the staff at the Albertville location. They cut too much off or dont bother to texturise my hair or worse both - too short and no extra care to take the time to texturise or offer to put some feel in if Id like. Im in the computer at all the locations as they are linked in a network and know ahead of time the details of for instance what number trim to use on sides and a different number on top etc. Even though I live in Buffalo I go out of my way to always visit the Albertville location.

I have gone to this location before with adequate service but today is the last time. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked in and nobody was smiling. The stylist who tended to my son didnt hardly say a word to me, was visibly upset with him (he is 4) and had no patience for children. After requesting to keep as much length he had and to just clean it up we ended up leaving with it chopped, and crooked bangs! I had attempted to talk to another stylist who came over to help but she simply told me I was wrong. Im very dissapointed!

Gruff employee named Diane who was terribly unkind to a little girl who wanted to get her haircut to donate to a charitable organization. After handling the young girls head very rough and speaking with her in a negative tone, she then questioned the little girl when she began to cry, asking her why she was crying. The little girl never complained, never said a cross word. I would never go back to a business that employs someone who is that unkind to customers, or children.

I brought my daughter in for a quick cut. The store closed in 30 minutes and the stylist was extremely rude about us coming in at that time. When I gave my daughter some money to pay for her hair cut, the stylist just took it all and did not ask if I wanted change. I didnt want any change back, but she still should have asked. The local competition is much better, and I will continue to make them my primary choice and not this Great Clips. Terrible customer service

Great haircuts at this place, thought Id go in for a beard trim before going on a pretty big date. I asked for the beard to be squared near the bottom of my jaw, instead, she made it completely rounded off, and way too close to the bottom of the jaw. I physically showed her exactly where Id like it squared off, but my beard got butchered, and now I have to shave, and re-grow it. Guess Ill learn to do this on my own, or get this done elsewhere. Complete waste of $6.

I go here often and Ive always been happy. Its quick, nicely priced and they do a fine job. The ladies are nice and Ive yet to have an issue. Just make sure to check-in online before going, on their app or website. Honestly, its your own fault if you have to wait because online check-in is quick, easy and I show up 5 minutes before my haircut and rarely wait. Its currently 2017 - use digital technology to your advantage.

Generally satisfied with most Great Clips locations, however, the Albertville location has very extensive wait times. Over an hour on average, with an empty waiting area. Your online check in is ruining the conveinence of the very services you offer. Ive tried this location repeatedly over the last 3 years with the same results. I wont be going back.

I had Nicole, she was absolutely awesome! Did an amazing job on my hair, best Ive had so far at any great clips. The customer service was great, quickly on top of getting me taken care of. Was pretty busy but they made it an effort to apologize for the wait and make it worth the wait. Great job Nicole and all the staff at great clips. Keep it up!

I am someone who doesnt "need" another person to cut my hair. I have used this place befor and its hard to mess up a buzz cut. That said, they have messed it up. Only because its such an easy job, they havent taken the time to look for stray hairs. They are nice and helpful, I am just not confrontational so I dont complain.

Terrible customer service. My mom broke her arm and just wanted someone to wash her hair for her, and blow dry it. Not style it, not curl it. Just wash and blow dry. The lady said it would cost $30 and was a complete snot. We want to fantastic sams for $7 and excellent service!! Highly recommend going to other options.

I will not go there again. No where does it say they are going to charge more if they go over 15min. My hair was tangled from a wedding I was in and went in for some help getting it out because it took them awhile the charge me 47 dollars for a cut. They were rude about. I will never go there again

I asked for a undercut and they blended one side for some reason! I wanted the sides to be unblended, but they still blended the one side.
