Normally I have a good haircut experience here with a pretty simple cut. But this time didnt go as well. The stylist who cut my hair didnt do as good as I had got my haircut last time. First off, it was too long in some areas. And what really disappointed me in the end was how she had stuck up my hair with the hair product and it didnt end up looking too good. It had turned out pretty messy in the front of my hair and she didnt stick it up the way I like it and how normally get. She may have been in a little of a rush during the haircut for the other customers waiting, but that is no excuse to do a poor job on cutting someones hair. Not to mention, She was also pretty rude when we had asked the lady to fix it. And even after that my hair still didnt look that good once she did minor changes. I feel bad giving a poor review, but I am not very happy with this haircut experience and hope it will be better next time. Hopefully, I will get the same older lady Ive liked in the past who always did a good job cutting my hair just the way I like it.

Like the last comment that was made.. this was the WORST hair cut I have ever gotten in my life. The lady I had cut it 3 inches shorter than I wanted. Added layers because she wanted to and rushed the whole thing. My hair looks AWFUL! I told her that I needed to be able to put it in a pony tail and the first thing she did was cut 9 inches from the back above my shoulders.... Seriously I have never ever been more unhappy with a hair cut. I feel bad writing a negitive comment...but I have never been more un happy. Avoid this shop in general because I do not remember the name of the lady ( I would call her stylist but I am pretty sure anyone could have done this disaster to my hair) who chopped my hair.

Usually a decent in and out haircut. However today, the three stylists are conversing with each other about their private lives. This is only slowing them down as I sit here waiting. I didnt get switched on the monitor to being here until I had been here for 10 minutes because the person didnt stop and do it immediately like normal. I have now been waiting for 20 minutes past my estimated wait time. This review probably would not have been written if I didnt have to wait this long past my time and the employees were not wasting time like they are. The reason i gave it two stars instead of one is because I have not had a bad experience here until now.

They made my 10 year old, ALREADY self-conscious daughter feel like a dirty piece of trash and told her she had lice and would not cut her hair. Which she does NOT! Then when I called to talk to the manager, they answered the phone "hello?" Like really??? This is a place of employment and customer service?? So you DONT want to make any money then? The owner needs to be aware of the horrible way their staff treat customers and DO something about it. Went to a different Great Clips down the road and had the best service ever by two sweet old ladies. Not a word about "lice." Hire some new help!!!!

This location is bad. The lady who tried to style my daughters hair like the gentlemen above said she had lice which she does not. Please do not go here. Stylist was very iffy and I will never go here again. If you ever go here I suggest you call ahead. The stylist was not professional. When calling back to talk to a manager they were rude. Strongly suggest never going here. I would have given them a negative 5. Lady had strangly blonde hair very thin and did not seem with it.

Was told my daughter had lice and was told to buy their lice product. We had my daughter checked and it was, as I had told them, a dry spot on her scalp. When I returned the lice product I was told one of the workers thinks everyone has lice. I ended up taking my daughter to Urban Eve and it was awesome. Nearly the same price but she was pampered and got a really nice cut.

They did a good job and the place was clean and the employees were polite. Make sure to check in online as you get priority over walk ins. Their mobile app is really easy to use for checking in.

I had the worst experience at this salon. The haircut was awful, they cut it way to short because they didnt listen to a word I said. So I will never go to a Great Clips again.
